Cuter, Compact, Sturdy, and Perfect for Pen Needle Disposal
This is a fantastic compact sharps container—exactly what I needed for safe, convenient disposal of my Ozempic® pen needles. The 0.2L size is ideal for travel or keeping on a bathroom counter without taking up much space. Despite the small size, it holds more than you'd expect, and the construction is solid. The plastic is thick and durable, and the lavender lid is a thoughtful touch—less clinical-looking but still clearly labeled and functional. Not the cheapest, but for the cute factor, I find it worth it. An Ozempic® pen needle (without the outer protective cover) fits easily into the hole in the lid. You’ll need to unscrew the needle from your pen first, but once removed, it drops right in and is safely contained. The inner needle shield can also be placed into the opening if you prefer to use that during removal—I personally find it safer to cap the needle before unscrewing and disposing of it. The lid seals tightly, and the locking mechanism works well when you're ready to permanently close the container. If you’re managing diabetes or any other condition that involves pen-type medication, this little container is a practical and safe solution. Highly recommend.

A+ Sharps Container
I am new to using insulin and had to start because I have a diabetic cat who is on one of the insulin pens. In the beginning (before sharps container), I actually managed to stab myself while trying to put the cap back on the needle so I could remove it and the needle punctured the plastic cap. Not good. I was scared and needed a SAFE way to dispose of the needle caps. I happened to find this container. This container is AMAZING! No kidding, it really is. After the injection, you just place the pen tip (needly area) in the hole and twist the pen. It unscrews the needle tip from the pen, then you press a button and pull back the needle holder and it falls into the container. No accidental sticks. It looks tiny but it is holding A LOT of pen tips. I love that it is small and I stick it in my cat's 'diabetic bag' where I keep his glucose monitor and needle tips. I do want to say, in the beginning I did struggle a little bit getting the pen tip in the hole and thought it was useless. Just press it in. It will go, just press. It could be because I was nervous and didn't want to break anything, but over time that sharps container is like my best friend when insulin time comes.

Perfect size for home or travel
I am on Ozempic and my doctor suggested I get a needle disposal container. After looking at my options this little container. It quite small and unobtrusive, fits in the palm of your hand. The needle dispenser has a little area where you put the needle, once done using it, you screw the needle (without it cover) into the slot disconnect from the pen, then press the "press" tab and it falls into the container. Done. When the container is full, you dispose of it. It looks pretty roomy and says it can fit up to 100 needles.

To small for Zepbound pens.
These do not really work for Zepbound pens, it is too small and you cannot just take the needle out of the pen. I wasn’t able to use it, I just trashed it.
