Awesome map that comes with that "new map" smell. The scratch off sticks and picks are perfect for both small and large areas. Overall we love it. Some of the smaller states/countries (Ie. Belize, Rhode Island, Washington DC) are difficult to find on the map because their outlines are either so small or do not exists on the "top" scratch off layer. Also not sure why our New York state was a different color than all the other USA states we scratched off. Not a biggie, just a little puzzling. Overall though, this was a very fun purchase and my fiance and I look forward to doing more traveling and scratching off new places.

Ok, this thing is a blast! Fun to scratch off. I enjoyed the red scraper the most, although the plastic pick scraper was good for larger countries and states. The gold coating is durable too. I know that sounds silly, but when you roll and unroll these things they can scratch off before you get the chance to scratch away at it yourself. This golden surface is beautiful and did a great job of resisting the wear and tear of rolling and unrolling. It is a good size for traveling, it does store away like they say, but it looks pretty good on a wall as well (those sticking dot things are really sticky) I recommend it.

I received my scratch map this week and I love it! The reason I chose this map over the other maps was because the colors matched my room, I like that it came with its own case, and that you scratch the states in the US.

I gave it to my daughter for Christmas....she loved it. She has lived over seas for 8 years and just came home to stay in the states. She framed it and hung it up in her new apt.

Love this map! Comes with a tool to help scratch off places you've been, as well as a way to hang the map on a wall. The various countries I have scratched off so far are all different colors, which makes the map visually more fun!

I started scratching mine and I am very confused as to why Minnesota and Wisconsin are green, New York is red, and every other state is yellow. Except Hawaii, which looks like it’s disappearing into the ocean. I feel like this was made in rush because either every state should be a different color or they should all be the same color.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Chose this one because it seemed nice enough to hang and I liked the colors. Pleased to say I’m not disappointed. :)

This was a part of my best friends Christmas gift. We travel a different country each year so this was very fitting. Smaller than expected but she loves it.
