This soap was my Mothers favorite. Now, I send it to my cousin in Japan. Out of all the soaps in Japan she liked it best ! It makes her skin feel good and glowing. It lathers well and the soap itself is very pretty .

I love this soap. I have been using it for at least 20 years, and it’s the only face soap that always keeps my skin smooth and clear pimples. Especially, having combination skin. Where it’s oily in T-zone

My Mother used Pears soap for years. Just rediscovering this product. This works great at keeping bugs away when you are camping, and my skin doesn't feel overly dry.

3 time getting this as my husband has a skin condition and he responds well to this soap . It doesn’t irritate his skin.

EXCELLENT BUT I would have given it 5 Stars if the fragrance was the same as before. It used to be slightly Fruity in a subtle way but this batch is more like a slightly medicinal mouthwash almost like Listerine. Why did they change it? When did it change?

This is a very mild translucent soap with a nice spicy scent. I have used it for years. The scent has changed a little since the soap has started being made in India, but it is still very nice and characteristic.

Excellent as usual. Gentle on the skin with a mild and pleasant smell. Glycerine soap is the best in my opinion.

Tried this at a mate's in Wales once. Amazing soap, amazing scent. Use it on my body in the shower, have a bar near the sink for washing hands. Even clean my glasses with them, no issues at all.
