Love this mix, I add protein powder and mix ins for my kiddos. So easy and delicious

I've tried these three times with blueberries, once with raspberries, and they were all delicious. A late blooming celiac diseased lady, I am rather new to this (5 months) but these taste YUMMY. Even my non-GF husband and visiting guests loved them. They're routine in my house now - easy to make, tasty!

Bob's Red Mill muffin mix is my favorite on the market. It doesn't have that grainy taste and is just plain yummy! I add dried cranberries and orange zest and is my favorite combination of add ins. I am sure that whatever you add be it chocolate chips, blueberries, or bananas and nuts it will be a delightful treat! Enjoy!

The texture of these muffins is indistinguishable from gluten-loaded ones. You make the super easy batter and add what you want in flavorings. I’ve made chocolate chip walnut, strawberry lemon and blueberry almond…totally delicious muffins with a happy gut!
