The insoles that come with do not have any support. I tried them for the first time on a 16 hr shift, when I got a break my feet were in pain

Very comfortable. They had only a 10.5....I always buy a 10 which is sometimes a tiny bit to large but I did not thing I could fit into 9.5....Just a tiny bit large but I can wear them just better with thicker socks. I've bought like 4 pairs of shoes for work (they have to be waterproof) and this is the only pair that doesnt hurt me feet.
