I frequently use this square as a guide when cutting 2x4s and 2x6s with my sawzall and it works great. Light, durable and accurate. (Another reviewer thought the inch markings were off, but they’re dead on. Think he was measuring beyond the lip of the edge that butts up against the wood.) Also like the contrast of the painted numbers compared to the unpainted option. Handy tool, just buy it!

This square is nice, the numbers are very easy to read and it functions well. My only gripe is the price, damn this thing is expensive.

only have had it for a few weeks but it seems quite good. the price is amazing and well what else can i say its a speed square. Solid construction, nice thick metal bright easy to read numbers. Only problem i have heard about speed squares is them bending if being stepped on but by feeling this i highly doubt it would at all. I have recommended this so several other carpenters looking for a high quality speed square and they have all purchased and love this product

Started a major project and pulled out the new square. Low and behold, cutting a 10 in 12 pitch the ridge and plates weren't sitting right...swapped back to my DeWalt square and notibly it was out. Tested against 2 other squares on site and showed it was a no go. On the flip side, comes with a handy instruction manual. Got a nice feature for seat cuts etc but sadly it's a no go. Will work out how to contact customer service.

Accurate and a useful size. Imperial units only which may be a problem for some..
