Since the day I brought this product that it has a battery problem, only works with the cable connected. I have done all troubleshooting recommended by LEDGER, but nothing has changed, and it is too hard to contact with LEDGER. Do not advise to buy this item

I face earrors Faulty Battery !! less than a week of use, you can't update and full use only when its connected to a PC??? Unfortunate its zero star

The device would not work unless it’s connected to the charger. Seems like the device came with a faulty battery because no matter how long I charge it, it wouldn’t switch on without a connection to a power source. Completely defeats the purpose of a Nano X that’s meant to work on the move! I returned the item

I can’t believe I just got this 7 days ago and the screen is stuck being unable to access my wallet and not able to reset it or anything. It’s really scary. It got stuck saying Enter PIN 3 attempts left. I watch all the videos on YouTube that I can imagen and nothing helped me
