I take this for cough and have found this arishtam very effective.

I was suffering from severe chronic cough in 2013 when my Mallu friend had given this to me.. and my cough magically disappeared .. now when I get cough the severity is much less.. only drawback I found with this product was I was getting acidity. Otherwise a big fan of Kerela ayurveda
