I had a pinched nerve in my neck and a rotator cuff injury. I got relief for my neck with the first use and within a month of one time daily use, my pinched nerve resolved and the rotator cuff injury healed. Very pleased with the product! Recommend!

Maybe my neck is longer than it should be? I have to sort of slide farther down on the neck stretcher to make it where my head doesn't touch the floor, which is probably negating the effect of the device. I'll try putting a book under it to see if that works. It is helping, regardless of being a bit too small. When I crochet, my right arm and hand go numb, but after using this for a few days, it has improved.

Each time I used it, my next and shoulder muscles got looser and looser, the area right between my shoulders too. I would intermittently get headaches because of neck tension that was always present from years of no adjustment and I guess just wacking everything out of alignment. By the 4th session I was like “Wow, full range of motion and smooth as ever.” You will get sore in certain areas at the start because tender knots are being loosened and then healing, but it wasnt enough to cause a headache for me, just slight and dull in areas of the neck. Don’t forget to use both sides for 3.5-5 minutes each, totally about 7-10 minutes per session. You also need to bend your knees and set them down as you lay back, don’t so this completely flat. The people complaining were probably doing it wrong, or maybe it just doesn’t work for their issue. Because some of us might be really tight and stiff at the beginning if using this…it is definitely going to feel uncomfortable the first time you use it. It doesn’t feel soft depending on how tight your muscles are…you’ll know it’s working when it feels softer each time. Feels good to have smoother feeling motion and no tension leading to a headache.

Comfortable and helps the neck

I love the extra cushion in the center. My daughter did pick some of the foam out but I cant feel the difference, so I'd say its a durable product. It is quite firm but I can definitely notice when I haven't used this! Its the firmness causes a good hurt. I'm sure it would feel great for someone whe wasn't sensitive to deep pressure. But I'm not complaining because it is a functional product that give me relief. I use it on my bed and it works fine.

Not sure if it is helping but my chiropractor approved.
