These are great. You use them like very small potholders. They do not stay on tightly, so you need to be careful. You can leave them on when the pot is on the stove, but don't put them in the oven. Instead put them on the handles when you take the pot or pan out of the oven. You can use these with a cast iron pan as well as with your Le Creuset.

Yeah there are more cheaper no-name anonymous Chinese imports, but these are just so nice. I like the size, perfect for pan handles to pick them up, even without a worry about heat. The grip is firm. For years, I have been using silicon finger tip thingies and these are really an improvement (using both). I like that I can place on the pan handle and it just sits there ready to go! I got red, which is a great color. A pleasure to have in the kitchen.

Works well and red looks good with my Le Creuset red set. It doesn’t slip as a cotton pot holder could.

Don’t try to move your Dutch oven without the silicon grips. No slip, custom fit to hold the pot with or without the lid on.

Useful product that fit my pan and protects my fingers.

You can not cook with them on. You only place them on after you are finished cooking as these do get hot from the casserole.
