Eos r better than eos rp?

That's a very subjective question that can't be answered. The RP is a full frame camera while this R10 camera is a crop sensor. The R10 is newer and has better features which were important to me but the RP also has better features than this camera.

Is there a built in flash

Is there a no-flash automatic mode? Also, do other modes which are not auto have now than one focus point?

Yes you can turn off the flash. Re focus points, your question doesn't make sense but you have various focus points in every mode including not the auto mode. I'd suggest looking for a review on YouTube about the autofocus modes
