Nytol Simply Sleep & Calm Elixir 100ml - Herbal remedy traditionally used to aid restful sleep

Interesting I love the taste. I know the pills tastes disgusting but the syrup is actually quite pleasant so I don't know why people are commenting about the taste. Nothing wrong with taste or product also.

I want to bed around 11pm last night and kept tossing and turning , blinked while counting up to the number 200 (3 times ) and usually that makes my head spin ,causing my eyes to fall asleep ..last night, & very rarely this technique didn’t work for some reason . I was awake till 2 am Then I remembered I had purchased this Nytol and it was right by my bedside . So I didn’t manage to get a spoon from my kitchen cupboard but I used the lid to “approximate” 5mls / the equivalent of a tablespoon (maybe I poured more ) but next thing I remembered was waking up in the morning at 6:30 to turn my alarm off . If you’re thinking of trying this out to help ease your symptoms of insomnia ,then I’ll say go ahead because you won’t be disappointed. I hadn’t even looked at the other reviews but I knew Nytol worked because I have tried the tablets which work well for me ! Note that : When I’m working my 12 hour shifts I have no problem falling asleep ,but it’s the days I’m off work that I need a little assistance & Nytol has proven again and again that it works …for me . Also note that ;it tastes absolutely horrible ! just like the tablets taste like cow dung ,but once you get used to the scent it doesn’t seem as vile 😂

I hate giving bad reviews, but sadly I can’t help it with this one. Sorry but I’d give zero stars if I could. I tried this sleeping liquid last night, and unfortunately, it was a truly dreadful experience. The taste was absolutely unbearable—imagine cow dung mixed with pure alcohol and some sugar. It was so bad that my stomach churned immediately after taking it. To make matters worse, I woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache and felt hungover the entire next day. I’m genuinely shocked that this product is on the market, as I can’t fathom how anyone could tolerate the awful taste. The alcohol content feels alarmingly high for a sleep aid. If someone were to use this regularly, it feels like they’d be risking developing a dependency. The formula desperately needs improvement, starting with a massive reduction in alcohol content and some effort to make the taste more palatable. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. If you’re looking for a sleep aid, look elsewhere. This one does far more harm than good.

It starts working within 30 minutes and helps me drift off into a deep, restful sleep without feeling groggy the next morning.
