Excellent product, just perfect balance, give you the right kick, without the awful side effects some preworkout products do

Nice boost off this but doesn't give that tingle. Other than that it's good stuff.

The flavour was adequate at best, although my biggest issue with this product is how poorly it was mixed. You could visually see the separation of ingredients, which lead to the odd issue. Some days this worked a little too well and created some undesirable side effects, other days it did not work at all. It is also quite prone to clumping, the price is good but I think it's worth paying a little more for some of the better offerings. My personal choice is grenade pre-workout although this is a little pricey, and so have settled on ON gold standard, both of which are great.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Price , is ok but not worth it ! Pay more for something big brands !

Normally, when i lift heavy, i have these weird heart palpitations which sadly causes me to sometimes hyperventilate. Now with this supplement, with only 2 scoops, i felt much better and felt less tired and felt like "you know.. i can do this" vibe in about 40 or 30 minutes (as it says). No problem with the powder at all but at first i thought the Absorbing powder was totally messed but no. Reflex carefully made sure everything is safe! I see Reflex becoming one of the worlds best! I personally think they are better than Optimum for some reasons! One reason is because most protein companies always uses soya protein and aspartame. I had MyProtein before and i had experiences of bloating and dizziness when using their creatine sometimes and i never got a boost! MyProtein do make great products but sadly they do actually hide some ingredients which is a huge question! Reflex tells the truth! I haven't been feeling any bloating since starting Reflex's instant mass heavyweight and that product is very large in calories and protein and carbs and you'd expect a huge bloat.. no.. not at all! I had about 4 tubs in about a month and i just bulked up and looked better, almost looks like my skin is more healthy looking. This Pre Workout is probably the best out there! Meant to have 3 scoops but 2 is also a great amount. I have seen a couple of reviews about this Pre Workouts powder all rocky and stuff.. Not sure what is up there. No problem here, looks like they have improved by a huge huge margin if that was the case.. EDIT ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER ON 09/01/2021: The Powder is still giving me good boosts. Less Heart Palpitations. Started going to gym recently and it helped me a lot and for the price it's amazing! I am not actually sure if i am meant to have 3 scoops but i've been taking 2 all along, i feel it's a safer option. The caffeine is not overloaded and doesn't feel jittery. A lot of pre workouts out there have a tendency to make some people Jitter. This one doesn't. I can't wait to buy another one of these and also BCAA intra - Fusion . Reflex are Spot on here. Before i found Reflex, i wanted to try a Vegan diet. Reflex's products came up first so i checked them out and i thought at first they look like they are scammy brand. But i regret thinking that. They are very truthful because they care about their customers and i'm proud to be part of #TeamReflex for many reasons, i think Reflex make the healthiest products out there.

I’ve used it for two sessions and really does work. Elevates mood and energy to train harder. Free of harmful sweeteners like E950. And doesn’t contain any creatine (which gives me headaches). Will buy again :)

No noticeable energy boost. If you are after a face tingling rush of energy that you would get from a pre work out such as Alpha Pre Workout from MyProtein, this is not for you. It doesn't taste awful, it's actually quite a weak flavour. It mixes okay with a good shake. I didn't notice any extra energy like I would from MyProteins pre-workout. I wouldn't purchase it again.
