Unfortunately by the time I used this it was no longer returnable. Lost its bite almost immediately and now resides in a landfill somewhere. Stepped up and bought a Milwaukee brand step bit at Home Depot and after it's still going Strong.

Decent quality for the price

Bought this to drill a 20 mm hole in a plastic project box using a handheld drill. Could only get past the first two steps. Ended up shelling out more money for a 20 mm drill bit.
