AMAZING ITEM, DEFINITAELY BUY
Top quality product, very durable and its good for its price. if your considering purchasing this item just get it. very comfy to wear, good customization, ( you can adjust the length of the straps, and apply velcro patches), more than enough space and good pocket organization. very good item. i highly recommend.

Easily worth double
I got the bag yesterday and instantly noticed the quality of it, its comfortably heavy and just feels well made right away. I played around with it and loaded it up finding that the pockets are very well sized it fits everything I need that filled my old 20l bag using barely any space at all since its organisation builds space. Today especially I found myself very impressed and pleased with the bag after 25 minutes walking in very heavy rain (soaked right through my jeans and addidas shoes within 10 seconds level of heavy) I got back home to find everything inside to be complelty dry. The bag looks great and it feels good on the back I definitely think the value for money on this is through the roof and I'd have happily paid double the asking price of £28.95 after using it for the past 2 days use ....update... Its been months and its still great holding up extremely well even with me throwing it about and not being gentle

Very good quality and durability
Had this a few years now. Wasn't sure at first if it was built to last, but it has proved itself!I started using it just for going to work, and the gym, but then started using it for travelling work stays, which required it being absolutely full and knocked about. Then holiday use on top. And for cycling trips. And shopping.I thought it wouldn't last, but it has. It is still pretty unscathed.Straps are great quality, still padded and comfortable even now like new.Pocket arrangements are great.Good strong zips.Great carry handle - ultra robust, as you require.Black is neutral and discreet. Was short shower proof, I would imagine same now. You could put a lining in, however that wouldn't cover all the pockets. So if you want waterproof, buy a cover with an elastic band.Back padding okay, but has lost a little support.Overall lost a little shape.Still comfortable to wear, wouldn't hesitate for a cycle ride, and walking, and still use for trips and holidays and gym etc. For this sector of the market, this was an extremely good buy. However, are they all going to be produced the same?

Excellent Item
I purchased this bag in May 2016, I loved it so much i biught a spare in 2019. The spare remains in my cupboard unopened. I work shifts and carry a fair amount in my bag Ive used it 24 days a month for 9 years Loads of pockets for work gear, notepads, pens, laptop, cables, lunch and 8 can of juice go in each shift, starting to show some wear and tear now, unsure if the build quality on todays bags have changed but going by my bag, I would say buy it. Loads of Molle straps for pouch attachment or carabiners if required, the only thing that it didnt have is a chest strap, but i purchased a stud on addition chest strap which i use.

Pretty sweet but...
It isnt perfect. But I do like this bag. Its cheap, its sturdy, and chances are, it'll last until my next upgrade.Although the pack dosnt come with 'bombproof' materials like that of maxepedition, or 5.11, it's still got some really tough nylon, and pretty decent stiching. However I would be careful with with this bag because the way the compression straps are placed in order to reduce manufacturing costs (The bag is a german clone after all). It wouldnt be a suprise if they were to fail me after to carrying more than 40-50 pounds. Also the velco latching for the hyrdation pouch (back pocket) ripped off after about a weeks use, but that was easily fixed with some basic stiching and super glue. The reason I'm not giving it a full five stars though, is because of the vital sternum straps that the designers were to lazy to include. When your carrying a load of weight, chest straps are essential really. I've had to custom tailor my own belt onto it which is abit of mission really, but it'll be worth it. Personally I would'nt mind paying an extra fiver for better stiching and chest straps, but for 30 quid I cant really complain. In conclusion, if your looking for a good bag to serve as your companion backpack/ rucksack, i'd say go for it! For 30 quid, you cant really go wrong! But unless your willing to stick in some addional elbow grease for some of the annoying flaws, I'd invest abit more into finding the 'perfect pack'.
