Expensive but worth it
Great for seafood pasta. Really gives black colour to pasta and hint of flavour. Bit on expensive side though but worth it.

Craving squid ink
I was thinking about a squid ink pasta for loooong time , never use the one in jars, but I couldn’t find the fresh one I decided to give a go and it taste very good , of course you have to mix it with some fish ( I did cook the calamari, prawns, mussels with olive oil and garlic then I added little bit of tomato Sauce , about 5 spoons and to finish the squid ink)
