Biona Organic Unsalted Rice Cakes, 100g

I spread these with a thin layer of nut butter for lunchtime treat. I am restricted to what I eat due to high cholesterol. These are high fibre and taste great.

Have tried this make before. I really enjoyed the taste. This is the first time I have ordered on line. But the delivery was prompt. Would recommend.

Very good, but bare in mind they have even less flavour than the ones you get in a local shop so if you thought average ones taste like polystyrene these might not be for you

I bought them more as a snack than a diet product (I guess once you've eaten enough of them they stop being a diet product) but they are really tasty, unsalted (while most brands offer only the salted ones) and good value for value compared to the ones bought in a supermarket. Best before date is 6 months in advance so you don't have to rush to finish them. I guess you just have to make sure you've got enough space for storing 12 packs.

I use these for breakfast, spreading butter or peanut butter on them with my coffee.

I’m very happy with this purchase. Cakes are crispy, light, unsalted. You can add any topping you want for a healthy snack knowing the base is low in calories. So far I’ve gone for avocado with paprika yesterday and spicy egg whites today. I was worried about the freshness once the pack is opened but I found that putting it into a resealable bag does the job perfectly. I recommend!
