Excellent Digestive Support — Worked Within Days!
My dog recently had a bout of loose stools, and after some research I decided to try the VETIQ Stool Firm tablets. I noticed a big improvement after just two days. The tablets are easy to give — they can be crushed into food or given whole, and my dog had no trouble taking them. The combination of kaolin and pectin helps to absorb excess moisture and calm the stomach, while pumpkin adds gentle fiber support. I also like that they are suitable for both cats and dogs, so I only need one product for all my pets. The bottle contains 45 tablets, making it good value if used regularly or kept on hand for occasional tummy upsets. These tablets have become part of my pet-care kit. They work quickly, are gentle on the stomach, and really do what they promise — firm up stools and restore healthy digestion. Highly recommended for any pet owner dealing with soft or inconsistent stools.

Work well
The only product of its kind I’ve found that really helps when my Chowbrador has bouts of IBS. Work almost from first dose and seem to settle her tum well.

From Explosive to Expressive: A Journey of Gastrointestinal Adventure
I know we've all been there, dealing with our furry friends' less-than-solid situations. But fear not, because I've stumbled upon a remedy that's wilder than a dog chasing its own tail – VetQ Stool Firm, the superhero of puppy diarrhea tablets! I gave these tablets to my furball, who'd been producing puddles that would make a Great Dane jealous. And lo and behold, the transformation was more astonishing than a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat – or in this case, a sausage out of a pup's behind! Within hours, my pup's rear-end had gone from Picasso to a Michelangelo – a masterpiece of solid, artistic elegance! I must admit, administering these tablets was a comedy routine in itself. Picture me chasing my pup around the house like Benny Hill, tablet in hand, and the pup doing its best Usain Bolt impression. It was a sprint worthy of the Olympics – if the Olympics included events like "Catch the Canine and Conquer the Diarrhoea Dilemma." So if you're tired of playing hopscotch with puppy puddles give VetQ Stool Firm a whirl. It worked for Monty.

Seems to be working?
My dog has recently developed an interested in eating her mess… but I’ve seen her avoid it a few times when I give her these.

Great for frail seniors
My tiny little 3lb Yorkie is getting old. She will be 14 in January. She has always been a bit of a sickly dog, throwing up and loose stools, and quite fussy with her food. She has also always been very skinny. When she was younger this wasn't too much of a problem, but recently her hips, spine and ribs have become visible and obvious to the touch. She's not unwell, she's just old and doesn't eat enough to maintain her weight anymore. So I picked up some of this stinky, sticky paste! I've been giving her a pea sized amount on my finger a few times a day, just when she wakes up to toilet and would otherwise have a little snack, and it's helped encourage her to eat afterwards on occasion, although still not in the mornings. She has never eaten in the mornings, but now she doesn't have to! I do sometimes need to put it directly on her tongue as she's not interested at all, but again this isn't new for us. It's quite sticky and smells like meat and malt, which isn't unpleasant but it does linger. Definitely something you need to be able to wash your hands after giving. I don't know exactly how many calories are in this, but she is definitely putting weight back on, which started just a week after introducing this to her diet. It's most evident around her ribs which I'm not worried about getting my finger stuck underneath anymore, and on her spine which feels much less nobbly than it did! Value for money is a hard one to decide, because for me with my tiny dog, the tube will last maybe a month with how regularly I'm giving it to her? I think that's excellent for the price. For someone with a much bigger dog, it may be cheaper to get a prescription from a vet!

Lifesaving!!! Essential for sick cat owners.
This paste literally saved my cat's life!!! I don't usually write reviews but other cat owners need to hear this. My cat has hyperthyroidism and an enlarged heart and as a result began to get fluid on her lungs. She was doing well and responding well to treatment until she suddenly decided to stop eating and drinking, so we weren't able to give her her medication. We tried to entice her with so many different foods to eat and nothing worked. I bought this paste after reading the reviews in a desperate attempt to help her, using one day delivery. Within 24 hours her health had declined drastically and she was at deaths door. She was weak, breathing heavily, lethargic and felt quite cold to the touch. We took her to the vets and they tried everything to get her to take her meds and eat but nothing worked. They thought we would have to put her to sleep. The paste was due to arrive the same afternoon so I wanted to give it a try before deciding to go through with the procedure. She wouldn't eat the paste herself from my hand so we put some on her front paws (as recommended on the bottle) which she happily licked off. Within 2 hours her apetite started to return and she was drinking again, I was amazed!! Getting her to take her meds was still problematic so we tried crushing her tablets and combined it with the paste and put it on her front paws and she had all of it. We could see a difference in her health within a few hours. Her apetite increased steadily and she began to get more energy. Within a few days she now has a healthy appetite (she can't get enough of food now!) , is taking her all her meds and drinking water. She's made a drastic improvement and all this is solely down to this paste. If it wasn't for this product we would have lost her. Can't thank this company enough for making something like this. Every cat owner should have this in case of emergency, especially those who have sick cats that are on life long medication. This paste is truly a miracle worker and managed to do what even the vets themselves couldn't. I now give her this paste every day and she is getting stronger and stronger and returning back to her old self. Her symptoms have all mostly gone and her breathing is back to normal. This is truly amazing stuff!!! Can't recommend enough.

Avoid
The product states that this can be given as a treat. From the first, one of my two dogs would not eat it. It spat it out. The second time I tried it in ham. This only worked once. After that I had to grind it up - AND MIX it in the food. However, after all this effort, it has not worked. So I thought that maybe I was being impatient. I checked the packaging and internal leaflet to see if it was indicated that it would work after a certain amount of time. No mention of this. I went back online to see if there was any mention of this - no. I re-checked the reviews. There was one relevant one which said that if her dog did not get a tablet it would eat its own poo. This implies that it should work immediately and has no lasting effect. Additionally, I discovered it would only work on its own poo and not that of other dogs (this is stated on the packet but I had failed to notice this). I was surprised I chose this product and paid so much when this was not really supported by the reviews. This is not like me. Anyway, based on all the above, my advice is to try a different product. (And if you go to the trouble of reading reviews, pay attention!). Important information to add: I only worked out this morning that these tablets actually have an adverse effect on me. When I crush them to go into the food bowls, I end up coughing and sneezing. I didn't realise this before because I have had a cold. The point is - if they are having this effect on me, what on earth are they doing to my poor dogs? To emphasise my point - I do not suffer from any allergies and am not prone to react to things. I never get side-effects from medication. I really think these need to be examined for harmful effects on dogs.

Helps enormously with liver issues.
This is an excellent product for my dog who has a portosystemic liver shunt. By completely changing his diet and adding this as a daily supplement, along with ground milk thistle, we've managed to get his symptoms under control. He's now at a good weight with firmer stools and rarely vomits. The vet is pleased with his progress. I would recommend.
