Initially causes mild discomfort in the arch of the foot, but I assume it's just realigning your foot, so it would be uncomfortable at first. After wearing it for 2 weeks I noticed considerable reduction in ball of foot and heel pain- I hardly get any at all!! Since I spend 8 hours a day standing in smart shoes it's made my life so much more comfortable!They can't be used in snug fitting shoes since they do add to the height of the shoe, but remarkably they are much more shallow than thought they'd be. These ones aren't so breathable for your feet though, if wearing for a long period of time I'd recommend one of the more breathable ones.They do take a lot of patience in trimming to fit your show, but are very recommended. They've stopped my over pronation of my left foot and I feel much better for it and am planning to buy another pair soon.Only bad point is that all my shoes without an insole feel uncomfortable XD

My daughter suffers with flat feet and we've tried just about all of the different insoles but we keep coming back to these.They have just there right amount of lift to relieve the pain without being obtrusive. They offer excellent support for the arch of the foot (so much so that when she has them in her feet go down a shoe size!)Bear in mind that these insoles are not designed for comfort so don't expect soft or spongy insoles. These are very hard and thin so aren't really noticeable in the shoe but improve for shape and reduce ankle pressure.

Pulled my tendon and developed plantar faschiatus, as I'd had it years ago I knew what to do, this purchase was part of it.Feels v. comfortable and I can really feel the support, although it only really fits flat deep soles or my trainers and the heel is v.slightly exposed. You need to trim the front to get the right size. I've also used Happy Feet version which are almost as good at half price, so this is a bit dear otherwise would have given an extra half star!

I have suffered with lower back pain for years since having a prolapsed disk. All that time I have assumed that was the cause of all my pain but when I came across these insoles and read the reviews it was a no brainer to try them. I was very sceptical that they would work but they are like a miracle cure. I have worn them three times now, in different shoes, and there has been zero pain, absolutely nada. I could bear hug the person that designed these as it has literally given me a new lease of life.I am a size 39 and didn't have to cut any off at all. They fit very snugly, with a bit of persuasion, into some of my walking shoes. In future I will be buying shoes a size bigger so my toes have a bit of wiggle room.Needless to say that I encourage anyone with lower back pain to try these.

The product comes folded and the size is much larger than 5-6.5. I can't even put in a no.7 shoe. It's quite thin too so those who look for thick sport insole should be awared.Good support and nice material though.

These are a great insole, stabilising two wobbly ankles and improving somewhat a chronic adductor strain (old roller derby breaks, sprains and injuries that never healed properly, as they don't when you're over 40). They are now snugly at home in my Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 runners and running feels pretty good. I got them to replace an old and battered pair of Black Superfeet and I have to say, they're doing the job nicely at half the price. I'll probably buy some more for other casual shoes that could do with support.

These worked. I have been suffering with very painful heels for some time and not wanting to give up on my walks I just kept going and suffered with the consequences. Little did I realise that my heel pain was an actual 'thing' and could be alleviated.They arrived the day after I ordered them and I quickly removed the insole from my walking boots and replaced them with these and then went away for the weekend with them. I must admit to being sceptical, and they do feel very odd, like you have a bump under your instep. I have been using them for three days now and am already converted. I have no heel pain, yay. What I do have is a slight ache in my instep, which I think has improved already and is just my foot getting used to the new way they are sitting in my shoes.All in all a brilliant buy with virtually instant relief. :)

Dies Sohlen wurden schnell versandt . Bisher werden die Sohlen knapp 2 Monate durchgängig genutzt. Sie fühlen sich nicht niedergelatscht an. Es ist eine tolle Unterstützung und auch wenn man vorher nie Einlagen getragen hat- man empfindet es als sehr angenehm nen laufen. Ich kaufe diese sicher wieder.

Au début, en déballant l'article, on est surpris, enfin moi, parce que je m'attendais à une semelle genre Silicone avec du gel (ça c'est pour ne pas vraiment avoir lu le descriptif), et j'ai pensé, aie aie aie, qu'est ce que j'ai encore acheté ?.... Parce que cela ressemble à une semelle préformée en carton dur ni plus ni moins... Et comme je souffre énormément du talon à cause de ma fasciite plantaire, je n'étais pas chaude pour glisser mes petons sur ces semelles. Mais bon, le premier a priori passé, je découpe la semelle à ma pointure en suivant les lignes au dos de la semelle. Ce n'est pas compliqué, comme je chausse du 39, que la semelle que j'ai acheté est une S 39/41, il y a 2 lignes en relief en haut de la semelle. Si vous coupez en suivant la 1ere ligne, vous allez avoir une semelle en 40, et si vous coupez selon la ligne du dessous, vous aurez une semelle en taille 39. Vraiment facile à faire. La semelle s'emboite bien (pour moi dans des runnings) . La première impression, une fois les pieds dedans, c'est que cela n'a rien de dur, le talon est moelleux..C'est très agréable. Il m'a fallu une heure pour m'habituer et cela m'a même fait mal au début. (C'est pourquoi je vois des commentaires négatifs sur ces semelles). Mais ensuite, c'est fini, le pied est enveloppé et la douleur s'efface. Je comprends du coup pourquoi la semelle est en préformée d'apparence dure, car ici, il est question de rééducation de la marche et de la voute plantaire. Dans mon cas, une marche en suspination du pied gauche qui m'a provoqué de nombreuses entorses pendant des années, pour arriver au final à cette fasciite plantaire. Une semelle en silicone ne sert à rien dans ce cas là. Ma fasciite plantaire s'est déclarée il y a 3 semaines, avec impossibilité de poser le pied au sol tous les matins et grosse douleur. Bon vous connaissez tous, si vous souffrez de cette inflammation. Depuis 3 jours, depuis que j'ai posé ces semelles, je peux ENFIN poser mon pied sur le sol le matin sans souffrir. Je vais bien sûr continuer à les porter, et je vais en acheter d'autres pour équiper mes crocs d'intérieur et mes chaussures de ville. Je ne regrette pas mon achat une seconde. Pour les personnes qui ont laissé des avis négatifs, elles ont peut être ressenti de la douleur comme moi, mais n'ont pas insisté. Pourtant il le faut. Un kiné quand il vous rééduque, il peut vous faire mal.. Dans mon cas, cela n'a duré que le temps que ma voute plantaire s'adapte, à peu prés 1 heure.

Passé le temps d’adaptation les semelles sont utiles. Elles stabilisent bien le talon. Je les préfère à celles faites par le podologue qui stabilisent bien moins mon pied.Néanmoins les douleurs de la fasciite restent encore présentes mais il y a du mieux.

Ho acquistato queste solette per alleviare il fastidio ai piedi - certe scarpe mi portano ad avere forti dolori al quarto dito del piede. Hanno migliorato la situazione ma non hanno fatto miracoli, nel senso che migliorano un po', ma non risolvono, una scarpa che dà problemi.Essendo donna e di taglia 41 ho acquistato la misura S, non ho dovuto tagliare niente ed è entrata nelle scarpe in modo perfetto. All'interno della confezione ci sono anche un paio di cuscinetti in gel per il tallone. Ho provato le solette sia col cuscinetto sul tallone che senza, e devo dire che sono comode in entrambi i modi, ma preferisco col cuscinetto. Peccato solo che quest'ultimo non abbia una buona tenuta e a volte me lo trovo in punti sbagliati del piede.Comunque li consiglio, certe scarpe hanno plantari totalmente piatti dentro, mentre questo è sagomato bene e anche a scopo preventivo penso sia utile.

Ayant développé une aponévrose de la voute plantaire dû certainement à la pratique de la course à pieds (et mauvaise hydratation! aussi :-), j'avais de grosses douleurs sous le pieds lors de la marche , et courrir était devenu impossible. J'ai utlisé ces semelle dans mes chaussures de boulots et magie, douleur apaisée lors de la marche, pieds bien enveloppé, et semelle assez épaisse pour amortir les chocs, je revivais !! Aujourd'hui cela fait plus d'un an que je les ai, elle ne se sont pas abimées, utilisable à mon avis encore un an (il faut dire que je les mets quasiment tous les jours avec soit basket de ville , soit bottes pour le boulot) je ne peux plus m'en passer, je ne conçoit plus de marcher sans ces semelles qui sont vraiment d'un confort sans égal! (et pour avoir testé plusieurs types de produits avant!).Après quelques bon mois de repos (c'est à dire plus de course à pieds durant quatre à cinq mois minimum! rien ne sert de vouloir aller trop vite), acheté de cette même marque les semelles pour le sport, là encore c'est le pieds! top! J'ai repris la course (bon pas comme un malade non plus), les chocs sont très bien amortis, mes pieds bien protégés, un plaisir et un soulagement! Elles valent leur prix, je recommande!
