Knee savers!
These knee pads are affordable and great quality! They make working on your knees or kneeling down a breeze. They fit into my dewalt trousers no problem. They stay in place and are pretty thick so are very effective! Would recommend if you're a trade person or a casual DIYer!

Protects from most things….not The One Flukey Screw.
They protect from rough surfaces, edged surfaces, wet, damp, cold, rusty metal, sharp edges and scattered screws. They DO NOT protect from that One Flukey Screw. They’ve no hard shell. But they’re great 99.99% of the time. Rarely work without them. They fit perfectly into standard work trouser knee pockets (why do they make them upside down. Last forever basically. Me like.

Great if you have square section legs, not so good for humans
Bought these to go with some new Scruffs trousers. Great material, very poor design. There's a position in cricket called square leg, but it's not anatomically correct, but no one seems to have told Scruffs' designers. Quite a few reviews have said how uncomfortable these make the trousers - no wonder. It's like strapping two soft planks to your knees and then trying to put trousers over the top - the fabric gets pulled tight behind your knee even before you kneel down. The problem is that the two main cells on each pad have no vertical slots through, so just can't bend around a round (ish) leg that most humans have. Why oh why not? So, a quick fix that will immediately invalidate any warranty is to cut in the slots yourself with a sharp blade, being careful to only go as deep as the other channels. See photos. The material is very good "self-skinning PU foam" to the inner surface is still very strong even after cutting. Having done that, they actually bent around my knee in both directions. Why they are moulded just flat, and not any kind of curvature to go approximately around the average knee is also a mystery, too tricky? Look at a suit of armour from 500 years ago! But come on, Scruffs, how about taking a quick look at a human leg, straight and kneeling, and designing for it?

Great product!
These pads fit my scruffs trousers really well, they're made out of really lightweight and soft but also strong material. Kneeling on these honestly feels great, it's almost like you're not even touching the ground with your knees!

Knee pad is great for the right trouser
The knee pads themselves are great thickness and preform great. The trouser holes they sit in are the issue. You will find that they are never where you want them to be… under your knee. However find the sweet spot and the offer great knee protection and functionality.
