The EFA'S that I purchased came very quickly after ordering, they were boxed well and for £7.99 for a product that really is essential for good health then you can't go wrong. The capsules themselves are largish but they are not a problem to swallow.

I really do love these, very good as skin my skin looks very clear and radiant. Hair is also improving in thickness and strength. Easy to swallow and feel good when taking them. Look good quality too. Will continue to take them as only feel good when I use them.
