Wow!! Forget the DB-Method, this is AWESOME!!
I Wanted something similar to the DBmethod workout machine, but didn't want to spend $280! This was a LOT more inexpensive so had my doubts, but OMGoodness, I could work out on this all day! It's not difficult and kinda fun while watching TV, then the burn sets in afterwards... and that's how I knew it was really working! Came with an amazingly thick nice mat and stretch bands for your legs and arms. I worked my arms last night while squatting, and yes I am sore today! I thought it was too easy to actually make a difference. Very very impressed!! One Third the price of DB! Heck yeah!!!!!

So easy to use
Had knee surgery and didn't come out good. Been using this for about a month and is really helping to strengthen leg muscles without causing pain to the rest of my body. Supports me balance wise while using it. Also small and compact not taking up much room when left up. One of the best pieces of equipment I have bought to date.

Wow! Great find if you need support for squats
I looked a quite a few different types of machines and not only was this less expensive than the others, but it appeared to be easier on the back. As I've gotten on in age, it has gotten more difficult for me to get up and down and I worried about it. This is a good way to start building lower body strength. I really like it. That said, I can see outgrowing this and doing more leg presses at the gym as I progress. Good find though.

Gave me a broken machine!
I bought this hoping to give it to my wife for mother's day and it came with no instructions and the coil was completely broken! I tried calling the warranty card number and it says it doesn't exist. Then I tried going to the website on the warranty card and it says it doesn't exist! Therefore, I sent it back because there's nothing you can do to fix it!

Spring can break & possibly cause injury.
Lasted for a little over 10,000 squats & then the spring broke, but thankfully, nobody was injured. Not going to purchase another one. Too scary!

Great machine for the price
This is a great workout machine for the price. I love how it came with a mat and stretch band. Working out on in it is great on the legs making it easier to do squats

Perfect squat equipment
Perfect. Never been able to do a squat. I’m up to 8 minutes in a day. Goal is to increase weekly. Ease of use, lightweight, sits in living room so I do squats vs sitting on sofa. Easy on bad knees too.
