Birkenstock Women's Gizeh Eva Sandals

I absolutely love these! At first when they arrived I was a little bit disappointed as they were so light I wondered if I’d been ripped off, but then I put them on and I have barely taken them off since. They’re so light and easy to wear, I wear them as slippers around the house as they are so comfy, and I wear them everywhere else as well. They are also really easy to clean, I just run them under the shower head for a quick wash every now and then. I love how they look, they’re really stylish and go with any casual outfit as well as a pretty summer dress. While it’s warm these are my go-to sandals every single day, I can’t recommend them enough! Ps. Definitely size down when purchasing - I’m a 5.5 in normal shoes so went for a 4.5 and they’re great. *update* I wore these pretty much every day all summer. I’m wearing them again now it’s getting warmer and they still look as good as new after constant use a year on. Definitely worth buying! I will wear these until they fall apart then I’ll buy another pair straight away! *second update* I’m into my third summer of wearing these, they have lasted so well considering I had worn them for the previous two summers, non-stop. Last summer I was heavily pregnant and barely took them off and they still look pretty new. Well worth the money and beyond. I can’t believe the wear I’ve got out of these! *third update* I’m on my third summer in these and they still look great. There isn’t as much grip on the bottom now so I might have to consider buying some more soon, but these really are a lot hardier than they first appear! They’re so good!

I love slippers and have a quite sensitive foot, that rubs against most shoes and causes blisters. I've had many slippers, but was looking for something that looks a little more formal, but not over the top. This specific model can be inserted in water and will simply dry. It is very light and the fit is a typical Birkenstock, your foot shot lay down comfortably in it. I needed one size larger than my usual shoe size, otherwise my toes would've been laying on the rim of the thong slipper. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

Nice product, strong, good fit. I had to buy men's size as I have long (but only narrow) feet, with the adjustable strap I could tighten to my size. Very comfortable. I have only had them a short while so don't know what the durability is yet.

Just what I was looking for! Having been diagnosed with a foot problem I needed to support my arch and was recommended to buy birkenstocks and not to wear flat flip flops. I have had many pairs of the traditional birkenstocks in the past and knew the footbed was made of a cork type material and isn't ideal for getting wet on the beach! So was very pleased to discover this very lightweight waterproof pair! Brilliant and my son and daughter kept pinching them and may well be buying them some for the summer! Great quality and super comfortable!

Buyer beware! This product is a complete and utter waste of money. The sandal has a huge flaw at the point where the upper strap meets the sole near the toes. The slightest pressure can completely snap it off and you're left with a useless sandal. The EVA material the sandal is made of is incredibly flimsy in this regard. I'm absolutely gutted. I haven't even worn them for 24 hours and they're unwearable. The worst part about it is that sending them back is pointless. The flaw is inherent in the construction and the materials used. All I'd be doing is asking for a flimsy product to replace a flimsy product. Do not, do not, DO NOT buy this product because it's £15-£20 cheaper than the leather alternative. Learn from my mistake.

This is my second pair of the Giza Birkenstock and they have a tendency to expand in size so this time a bought a half size smaller. When they arrived I was very pleased with the fit. As expected these shoes are comfortable and a definite value for money.

Great shoes, enjoyed a lot! So soft and cope with long-distance walking, highly recommend! Only one thing need to notice as its a bit of scrap for the big toe from the leather at the upfront, otherwise, it's a nice shoe.

This is my 1st. pair of sandals in this brand. Love them! Will be perfect for walking in the sand, can be rinsed off with water. No more “el cheapo” flip flops for me. These have arch support, are comphy, and, will last. Very well made. Thanks for these! Fit true to size, also. I wear an 8.5, ordered the 39, and they’re perfect!
