Hape Happy Family (Caucasian)

Great dolls, my niece (age 2) loves them she likes that one looks like nanny and one looks like grandad, and mummy and daddy and her. She likes that they are posable and can sit on things in the doll house.

Wonderful toy for youngsters

You can’t have a doll’s house without a family to live in it. This is an adorable family. Multi-generational living; grandparents, parents and teenagers. All appropriately clothed and well made. There is some flexibility in the limbs so they can sit in the car or on the furniture. They obviously are the correct scale for Hape doll’s houses.

Would also have liked the option of a mixed race family.

These are lovely and were bought to go with the Hape dolls house. They stand up well and are easily posable. My daughter is three and very dextrous, so manages these well, whereas I think her brother would have struggled at her age and become very frustrated. So bear in mind your child's level of development when considering these. It's a really nice little family to start the dolls house with.

There is not anything i can say about this dollhouse! I searched and obsessed over which one to get my 4 yr old and this kept coming out on top. It was easy to put together, good quality, looks nice, and my daughter loves it! One piece was broken when we opened it but Amazon sent us a new one 1 day delivery and exceeded in customer service expectations. Would def recommend!

The hands on the dolls are plastic. If I knew this beforehand I would not have bought them, apart from this they seem okay, I have not taken them out the box as I will be sending them back. I was looking for non plastic toys.

Delightful little characters, perfect for the Hape Doll's House.My 3 year old grandson & friends have had hours of fun already. I love the grandparent dolls. My daughter commented on how sturdy the characters were with nice details & thought they must have been expensive. Great value for money

These are so cute. Each has its own personality and colorful clothes. The description does not make this fact really clear, but the legs and arms are completely bendable, i.e., they will bend at the elbows and knees as well as the hips. The large plastic shoes make it easy to stand them up. I bought them to use with the 18" plastic school bus, which is open at the top so that people can be placed on the seats. These dolls were the smallest I could find, and according to height I thought that they would fit in the school bus. They don't really fit, however, unless I bend them in unnatural positions, they sit on the floor, they sit sideways, or they sit with their feet up on the back of the next seat! The bus seats could have been constructed with more leg room, but another problem is the big shoes the dolls wear, which don't fit in the small foot space on the bus. But as I said, the shoes allow you to stand the dolls up. I almost returned them, but I really like the dolls, the price seems low to me for the quality, and we (my granddaughter and I) can either use them (in their awkward positions) in the bus,just play with them, or use them with another toy. I also bought the African-American family; the same comments apply.
