Pilot Hi-Tec-C Maica Gel Ink Pen - 0.4 mm - Black

This pen is the perfect pen for handwriting or sketching. The ink is so good and flows evenly. And drys quickly so there is no smudges if you were to put your hands on the ink. Plus it's cheap! Why buy and expensive pen when this one will do the job better.

Nice pen, gives a really clean and thin line. Makes you improve your handwriting as it looks so neat with it being so sharp.

When they said in the reddit forums that this pen was fine, it's no joke. It's a pretty fine tipped gel pen. But what I like with the pen is that it would take a lot of water in order for the ink to wash off the page. It's fairly water resistant for a gel pen. As in, if I were writing and water spilled across the pages, I could mop it up with the expectation that I still could see some words on the page. Some people might find the pen tip a bit too fine though, it scratches across the paper when writing, but the ink has good flow. It would be good for illustration work, cross hatching and such, and when you write with it, you don't have to wipe at the tip for the ink. I like it, to the point where, when finished, I'd buy it again, no joke.

Gel pen. Good ink reservoir for long writing! The ballpoint nib is sturdy. A good range of colours.

I didn't receive an Hi-Tec-C, but a G-Tec C. Object not as advertised, beware. For those of you who care, the ink of the G-tec is not permanent. The Hi-Tec-C uses a different, permanent ink, and is perfectly therefore usable with alcohol markers. Try using markers or watercolours with a G-Tec, and you'll very likely end up with a mess.

*drolls* I....Love....this PEN!! sad to say but I cried the first time using it :D was bliss! weight, balance, instant dry no smudge looks darn smexy and professional and will buy again and again and again....(echo echo) oh yeah!!

Very nice writing with it, it also looks cool. Hopefully the ink lasts a long time, but if it runs out I will probably buy another.

I usually use uniball eye needle micro, however on lesser quality paper it can bleed and draws a slightly thicker line. This pen is very thin and has good ink flow. If you don't like scratchy pens, perhaps a soft nib would be better. ... [edit] changed from 5 to 4 star... pen arrived 28th September, it is now 6th November... after regular but intermittent use, the ink has nearly gone. I can actually watch the level drop over a page or two of notes.

My absolute favourite new pen. I love the super fine tip and how black the ink is. It glides nicely along the paper and feels good to hold. Great transaction, thank you!

Put simply, these pens feel absolutely amazing, both in the hand and on the paper. I've been a big fan of Pilot's Hi-Tech line for years now, and this pen doesn't disappoint. My main reasoning for purchasing a few of these pens is for the unique aesthetic, you don't see a pen with this much character without it being loud or overstated. But as I found out, I'm now using them day to day over my previous daily, the Hi-Tec-C4. I'd definitely recommend grabbing a few of these, if you like the aesthetic they are definitely worth it.

Excellent writing pen. The ink doesn't smear and it allows you to make precise lines for drawing. The pen has a nice feel too. The price is also decent. Try not to drop the pen because if the tip is damaged, it won't perform the same. I'm glad I purchased more than one. I hope refills are available if so, then I've found the perfect pen for everyday use for myself. I definitely recommend buying this/these pens.

Schreibt/zeichnet okay, aber die Spitze fühlt sich beim Zeichnen etwas kratzig an. Da fühlt sich der Fineline von z.B. MUJI bedeutend weicher an.
