It applies a more direct & definitive tone explaining to students what they will definitely have to analyse in each paper and the key contextual information students would need to know. THE COMPLETE REVISION & PRACTICE GUIDE is still laid out in the familiar CGP format; seemingly busy on the first flick-through but logically broken up & easy to read for the best part, with just the explanatory notes, arguably, a bit harder in colour & a less bold font. Perhaps the most valuable section of this book, though, in terms of improving students’ outcomes is the GRADED ANSWERS section at the end of the book. I've given 3 stars because I think the one thing missing is a bit of more organization of the pages. The book has been very useful for me to pass the English equivalency test, of course there must be already a good knowledge of English grammar.
