I have a keen interest in Nutrition, and would like to think I know what to eat and when to eat to lead a healthy, balanced diet. However, knowing this information and actually sticking to it is two completely different things. I am in my early to mid-twenties and have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, owing to the fact I only carry a few pounds I really struggle to lose weight at all. Friends and family are forever saying 'you don't need to lose any weight' and therefore I have found following any kind of diet longterm nearly impossible. I was searching for a protein product when I came across 'Skinny Sprinkles', the name alone enough to entice me. Reading how the product worked with the key ingredient glucomannan, I did my own research and found it seemed to be legitimate. I ordered the 21 stick packet and gave it a shot. I am currently following an extremely low-carb diet (>50g carb/day), which is quite overwhelming. However, these sachets fill me up for a few hours with or without a meal at only 7g of carbs in them. Working as a waitress doing long shifts around a lot of junk food, these are a life saver when the hunger pangs strike. Unlike some other people that have left reviews, I actually enjoy the taste and the texture- it actually feels like I am consuming something that will fill me up. I choose the sticks over the tubs simply because the plain foil packaging is beautifully discrete- I can simply say they are a nutrient drink if anyone asks, rather than having the inquisition of why I am trying to lose weight. Overall, I can't quite believe that such a wonderful product exists. Yes, they aren't exactly cheap, but in comparison to spending even a pound or two on snacks each day they definitely are worth it. I ordered my second lot, this time 42 sticks and hopefully those stubborn 10 pounds will come off.

I first brought skinny sprinkles when looking for an appetite suppressant to curb my evening snacking. The reviews were so good I had to give it a try. I have now used this product for two weeks and it really does stop me snacking and eating too much at meal times. I haven't noticed the caffeine rush other reviewers had mentioned and have taken them late in the afternoon with no change to my sleeping pattern. The only side affect I have had is feeling uncomfortably full when I've taken them and eaten more than I should have over Christmas! Oops! Although I haven't weighed myself yet I have noticed a difference in my clothes and people have commented on my weight loss! I will continue to use them until I reach my goal weight and beyond for management if necessary.

I can't make my mind up about this item, purchased to help with a calorie controlled diet, I don't take 3 a day, but use the sachets on an individual basis usually having just one mid afternoon to stave off the munchies when my energy level seems to drop and to prevent me raiding the biscuit tin. Some days it seems to work and i'm not hungry until dinner time, other days it has no effect at all and dinner time seems to take forever to arrive. Not unpleasant in flavour or texture, and probably would purchase again as the days it seems to work for me are really good.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review, despite doing most of my purchasing online. I ordered my first tub directly from Skinny Spinkles, which lasted me 2 wks, and have just received my first large box of satchets through Amaxon as i wanted to be able to take them out and about with me. I was sceptical but willing to try as they certainly don't have any harmful ingredients. I have been having 3 per day for last 2 wks, a little while before meals, in conjuction with logging all my food intake on myfitnesspal app as I have 2.5st to lose. I have been eating 1400 cals per day approx and brisk walking for 30 mins 5 days per week. I have already started seeing changes in my shape and i have lost 8lbs in weight which us fab for me. I have tried every single diet going and always fail due to hunger or boredom, but I can already tell that wont happen again. Skinny sprinkles have allowed me to enjoy a lower calorie intake because they keep me alert and full enough to keep going til the next meal without snacking or thinking about food. I love the gentle caffeine lift, it motivates me to get moving and I am so impressed with the product as a whole. They are easy to mix, I always use a hand blender in my measuring jug, pour into a glass with a straw and get it down straight away. Remember to rinse your jug straight away as the sprinkles will stick. It tastes fine, much nicer with skimmed milk, but you have to remember that adds another 70 cals for 200ml so it depends if you are calorie counting, but I must say it seemed to keep me going longer in milk. I honestly think i will always use them to keep my appetite under control. Try them, I can't imagine anyone not being impressed, and I am in no way coonected to the company so this is a 100% genuine review. Good luck :)

Skinny sprinkles are amazing! They keep me full and actually help lift my mood and energy levels. I only take 1-2 a day and can manage on just fruit and a yogurt till evening meal, or sometimes a protein shake. I take one at 6.30am then again at 12pm. I feel full, no odd or sick feeling, no sweats or feeling buzzy. It is just a drink that goes to a thicker substance like jelly in your stomach. I try to drink lots of water during the day anyway but not felt more thirsty. Iv had no problems with bloating. No side effects at all either. I have tried many products and if you want to cut down calories but loose weight sensibly then these are thing for you. Also if you want a quicker weight loss you could take the 3 a day dose. Worth the price - you save on food as eating less! Compared to other products it's about £1 a stick or less if buy bigger pack. I had a lovely personal message from the seller too. I never write reviews but I can't stop telling people how great this product is- girls at work are going to order some too.
