MX 375 non in-ear earphones
First of all I am into music but I can’t call myself audiophile. All my albums etc are either in FLAC or 320 KBPS MP3 format and getting a good sound is my priority and although they are not liked much; Non-in ear earphones are fine with me. I am using this with a Philips MIIX MP3 player and with my Lumia 630. At home with my laptop with Dolby Sound Enhancer. I have been using Sennheiser non-in ear earphones for like 7 years. Mostly MX series but I also have CX 685 and PX 100-II as well. I am not going to compare 375 with those since they are made of completely different structures (on ear/in ear). I can only compare them with Apple Earpods (Iphone 5c headset earpods) and my previous MX series earphones. Sound: MX 375 is a larger model than MX 360 and MX 470. Sennheiser put a larger than usual drivers on this model to deliver extra bass. Result is good; it’s a bargain for this price! Bass is better than my previous MX 360’s and MX 470’s. And even from Apple Earpods! Still it’s not giving a deep bass of an over ear headphone, but since it’s not on/over ear headphone, current bass and treble levels are ok and seriously adequate for my taste. Time to time it makes me think that mids are a bit behind when I compare it to my Apple Earpods but I think MX 375 is slightly better than my Apple Earpods. Isolation: It blocks some of the noise from outside. But since it’s not an in-ear model you can’t expect a serious isolation. However unlike apple earpods, it blocks some of the noises due to position and size of it's drivers I guess. Drivers are are big and if you put earpads on as mentioned on the box you end up with a good isolation and a good bass response levels. People next to you might hear some leakage if you tend to listen your music loud (but music must be loud). Build: It looks really stylish, I really liked the design. They are not small earphones like MX 370 or MX 470’s, they are big. Both the outer body and the drivers are larger than usual. Drivers might hurt your ear a bit due to their large size (I have average ears I guess) And they are comfortable to wear for at least 2 hours or maybe even more. The cable looks a bit thin but the jack is well built, I expect this to last at least a year so I’ll see. I haven’t had the mentioned breakage of the earpads while putting them on. It just took 5 mins and I was good to go. Overall I believe this model is a bargain. Sounds good and build is also good. Just the big drivers might be a slight issue for small ears but as I said above not a problem for me. I am ok with them. Recommended.

Really worth buying
These really are amazing earphones at such a reasonable price! From reading some of the other reviews I wasn't expecting them to be nearly as good as they actually are. Some of the reviews mentioned these were too big or uncomfortable and I have to disagree, they easily fit into my ears (which are quite small) and once in I couldn't feel them at all. Even if you do find them slightly uncomfortable they come with little covers. I've only ever had Apple earphones or cheaper branded ones and the difference in sound quality is amazing. They make songs sound so much better and clearer. On full they are very loud without impacting sound quality lots. I also really liked the little bag they come with. The only downside I can really think of is the plastic on the actual earphones can look a little cheap but I wouldn't see this as a reason not to buy them. I would strongly recommend you buy them, especially at such a cheap price, however if you're looking for something slightly more expensive I can also recommend the mx 471s as my sister has them and really likes them.

Good headphones - shame about gimmicky case
Brought these to replace my recently broken pair of headphones. Finally settled on these due to their star rating and the fact that they are not an in ear canal set which i personally find uncomfortable. They come in packaging which doesn't need a pair of scissors and a free half an hour to get into which instantly helps their likeability. Once in you unveil a pair of black and grey headphones. They are plastic and while they dont feel cheap they don't really feel premium either. The fabric earbuds have to be put on which can be a little fiddly and takes a further edge off it feeling like a quality product. However the quality feel comes back when you see the sleek and stylish carry pouch for the headphones. In use the sound quality is good, not exceptional but definitely quite a few steps up from a lot of other budget offerings. They have good sound reproduction and decent bass and for the price you are not left wanting. So why not 5 stars you ask? Well the reason is this: I wish that instead of bundling in a carry case they put extra money into the build and quality of the headphones themselves. When you unbox them the carry case feels like an added bonus, however practically the case really doesn't give you a lot and its awkward to get the headphones in and out the pouch. It isn't that they are a bad product by any means, it is just that without the gimmicky case you feel they could have been cheaper or made better for the same price and that isn't what you want to feel when buying any product.

Sennheiser means excellent quality for the price. To get more you need to spend (a lot) more.
I've been a fan off Sennheiser and bought their earphones for years. This is because I find their products to be consistently great quality, both in build quality and sound quality, for the price. These earphones continue to justify my loyalty to the company. They won't blow you away with unparalleled levels of bass or sharpness, but they will likely give you the best quality sound you could hope for at the price range. I bought these to use with my HTC Vive VR headset. In every game I have played bar one they have produced excellent results I am really pleased with. The exception is Batman Arkham VR, which seems to have a very grand cinematic (and loud) soundtrack. Possibly these earphones struggled to relay the bass very effectively. There was no distortion, but I just felt the soundtrack was not coming across as grandly as it was intended to. I haven't tried the game with any other earphones, however, so it might be a fault with the game or the sound mixing levels rather than with the earphones. I still give these 5 out of 5.

Decent, but a little disappointing
I bought these having previously had a similar Sennheiser pair but was disappointed by the build quality and the sound in comparison. They are good for the price I paid, just not quite as good as I'd become accustomed to. The cable is a cheaper feeling material than previous pairs and the headphones themselves feel very plastic-y and light. The angled jack is smaller than previous version, but again feels like a cheaper plastic, rather than the nicer softer plastic used before. Audio quality isn't bad, but it feels like these would not last sustained use. I've had them for about 6 months, but not used them very much overall. In future I'll be looking for something a little better, as I know it's possible for the money. Overall, decent, but not the best.

Recommended... Very good value Headphones
Highly Recommended... Sennheiser have produced a very good product here. Considering :- a. their small size & b. the price I am enjoying a very good, clean, smooth sound from the MX375 headphones. I have a preference for these type of earphones for casual listening to music or online streaming. Because they don't block out too much external sound, I find them much more comfortable than the earbud style for long term use. The frequency response is surprisingly good with a valiant attempt to reproduce relatively deep bass and high treble sounds. They obviously haven't got the refined capability of hi-fi phones, at around 10% of the price of their high end cousins; but they are an excellent and comfortable accessory and they work equally well with Apple, PC or Android devices. Pull them out of your pocket and the lead untangles remarkably easily too...

Good headphones, but not resilient and they break after a few months of use. Avoid
I've bought these headphones three times. First time I loved them; sounded good, very comfortable. They lasted about 18 months, which is ok. I've since bought a replacement pair which lasted a few months, then (stupidly) tried again, and they also broke very quickly. Avoid. Build quality is just too poor.

Big sound, but unfortunately not hugely durable
I buy this sort of earphone regularly. Cheap and with a big, bold and decent sound. Sennheiser are unbeatable in this price range, I find. The only issue is that they don't last. Usually somewhere between one and two years, one side of the earphones will stop working, and I treat my headphones very well too. My last pair only lasted 6 months, in fact. It's a shame, but it's also the reason why I refuse to ever pay big money for this kind of headphone. They're great for the price, and with a little luck, you'll get a couple of years out of them, but don't count on it.
