It's simply a gentle peroxide based bleach which lightens hair as opposed to shaving/plucking/waxing/IPL. The hair should go very light in colour so that it's unnoticeable. This cream doesn't remove the hair and won't cause it to grow faster, darker or thicker although you'll probably notice new dark hairs more easily!

You can but it would be pointless it won't work at all. This is made for body hair like your upper lip hair or legs.

I wouldn’t recommend for that area as it burns a bit I use it for my arm hair
