Excellent Watch
Delighted with my Orient watch. 38 inch size looks perfect on my wrist. Superb quality, including the comfortable leather strap (stiff at first, but fine after being worn a few times). Very impressed with the quality of all the packaging and the instruction manual. I recommended this supplier; great communication, short delivery time. The Orient Bambino came early, packaging superb, if you want a great watch, at a great price, this watch is for you.

A gift
At the moment l like everything about it, but has it's a gift for my birthday, l can't say if it's a good time keeper, or if there's anything wrong with it, as you can guess it's not my birthday yet, that's why I have only rewarded 4,stars, but it does look amazing, especially for the price you pay for it.

This is watch is robust, I highly recommended to anyone who wants to buy an automatic watch and has a budget. It looks very good with a dress shirt for professional environment. It’s trying to mimic the omega sea master 1950’s style. I am enjoying it so far. But the band that comes with it, is not the best quality. I had to order a separate band for this watch, hence the 4 star rating.

I purchased Bambino Version 7 (black). I was looking for a classical retro-style dress watch and this 38mm version 7 (black) was a near perfect one (within my low budget restriction), as versions 8 & 9 looked more or less contemporary than classical. After testing for several days, I found the error was a bit over 20 but no less than 25 seconds per day, which is within the error margin of 30 seconds (that is normally accepted in the industry). So, I cannot complain a lot about it, but I have been expecting a bit better than that. (That's why 4 stars, instead of 5). Otherwise, everything is good. The watch itself is a bit bulky, but it is normal for a mechanical/automatic watch. The band quality is not "excellent" but "very good". (Of course, much better than cheap 20 dollars or less bands!) Most importantly, it looks very good to me! It matters most.

This is my first automatic, it's gorgeous and comfortable. Can't take it off and I sleep with it. I'm monitoring it's performance via watch accuracy meter app and it started at +9s/d and has been settling down, now it's running at +5s/d after 3 days of use. Date change completes at midnight but you're seeing the transition since 11pm. Internally it actually happens between 8pm-2am according to the manual. The strap is very comfortable too and I haven't had squeaky sounds as other stated, both the strap and movement are very quiet. It seems the buckle has a pin too so once I need to replace the strap I'll be able to keep the Orient labeled buckle, that's nice: strap goes 20mm at lugs to 18mm to buckle. The biggest concern I had prior buying online was the visibility of the black dial, but once it arrived I was able to confirm that's not an issue at all. The artifacts that some videos show are produced because how reflective the hands are: if you point a flashlight at it at the dark you're actually reflecting black from the dark behind you and that's the only artificial situation that has compromised visibility. I actually found it much clearer than my (also non lume) white dial quartz at night with just a TV on: hands are so reflective that the bare light from a TV at night reflects back from the wall behind me and contrast so gratefully with the black dial. At sunlight no issues neither at office, so basically visibility is good in all normal scenarios. Wanted to point out that it came in a beautiful cube like box with a pillow, was worried to receive it in the large pen like box instead. Also worth to mention that it dresses thinner than the actual 12mm height since almost half of it comes from the domed glass, haven't found it thicker at hand than my 7mm quartz.
