Nice price and comfortable to use.
The very first thing I did when I started physical therapy was use the puppy to help stretch my shoulder and arm out. My physical therapist said I needed to get one for my home. They sold them at the PT office for an obscene amount. My therapist said in a hushed voice to get one off Amazon. This pulley is made well, takes a bunch of.tugging and keeps on working. It is easy to put on your door and can just stay there but I do take it down because it rattles when I open and close the door. It is easy to lengthen or in my case shorten the length of the pulley ropes. I have been using this daily since last August and it is now January. After I remove it from the door I place it in the table.drawer that is right by so it is compact so there is no reason you can't pack it in your luggage if you go somewhere. That way you don't have a reason to.skip your exercise.

Worth money, portable, easy to use
Works well, durable, easy to use, lightweight, portable. Great for stretching the shoulders after surgery. Purchased at the recommendation of my OT as part of my home exercise plan.

Solid product. Poor quality control.
This pulley system is a quality product and works as it should. It is somewhat squeaky when in use, but I imagine that would clear up with some silicone spray. My main issue is that the piece of foam that pads the metal was placed off-center and is exposed. It's just enough to be an annoyance. Excellent product otherwise.

Works great and sturdy !!
Recently had shoulder surgery and I am doing exercises at home besides going to PT . This shoulder pulley is very easy to use . It fits on all of my doors and has a plastic cover over the bracket to protect door finishes . The length of the cords are extremely easy to adjust and the pulley is very strong .I am 6 ft 2 and this works for me . Highly recommend and I hope this review helps . God bless .

Solid, inexpensive unit
Needed for post shoulder surgery home rehab. Door hook is solid metal, fits right over normal interior door. No frills but worked well and allowed me to rehab 100% at home on my schedule. Awesome for the price.

Good quality!
Good quality pulley for my shoulder exercises. I was recommended this by my PT, and it has been great to have at the house. It is light weight, hangs from the doorframe just fine, and is easy to put up and to use. It does exactly what I needed it to do with stretching out my shoulder.

Good workout pulley
This item is perfect for the exercises for my shoulder issue. The product is well-made, but I found the mechanism to shorten the rope to fit my height didn't hold very well in the place where I tried to move it. The pulley also needed a little oil, as it would squeak when I used it. It was easy to use and very stable, attached over the top of the door. I really liked the handles, as they were better than the place I was getting PT.
