Just delicious! & Easy to Make. I stir fry my vegetables, meat, noddles separately with chillies & seasoning & put in individual bowls then people help themselves to how much stock they want, add soft boiled eggs & garnishes for toppers, it's a very comforting meal in a bowl

I love Thai food and I can't wait to try this product. My order was 5-packs for 1 order. It was mailed direct from Thailand but was arrived earlier than scheduled. I used the whole pack to cook chicken breast with mixed vegetables. I added approx. 1/2 cup of water, 1 small can of coconut milk and few drops of fish sauce to finish it. The dish was good for 4 persons and served with steamed rice. It tasted very yummy and we all enjoyed it. For my next pack, I will cook with shrimp or beef but also adding fresh basil to increase the favor.

Lobo Brand Tom Ka paste (or known as spicy coconut chicken soup.) I just love this soup, the aroma while cooking is wonderful. The finished product is amazing, it may be a tad bit spicy for some, but I did not find this for myself. It has a slight sour-y citrus hue that blended in fabulously with all thai spices combined, it can not be beat. I follow all directions, but I do not soak the packet to remove contents. I tear off top, slice both sides and scrape down with knife and it comes out effortlessly. I really find this soup heightened by the lime juice added afterwards, I add 1 teaspoon, this is my personal preference; you may adjust to your own liking. I did not add fish sauce, I did not have any on hand; tastes great regardless. My second pot I used chicken broth (no salt added) instead of water, shrimp and added various veggies such as; red peppers, bamboo shoots, basil, napa cabbage; you can add whatever you like I am sure it will taste wonderful. This soup is easy to make, the expiry date was well over a year good, the price is very reasonable, the quality is outstanding. So what are you waiting for, order yours now and enjoy!

I have purchased this Tom Kha paste several times. I typically buy it by the three pack so I always have it on hand. The instructions are easy to follow. I recommend putting the packet in warm or hot water before opening. This makes it much easier to squeeze out of the packet. It's full of flavor! I add small canned mushroom pieces, fresh cilantro, and fresh red pepper. This is by far way better than any you can find in a can.

This is unavailable in Canadian stores, so I was happy to find it on Amazon. It makes a delicious and nutritious soup depending on what you add to it. I add shaved carrots, okra, mushrooms, red pepper and sometimes tofu. I love the flavours! Small delay with shipping because of Christmas but so worth the wait!
