Biona Organic Rye Bread, 500g

Always good, minimal ingredients, healthiest bread available anywhere

For those of us who would prefer not to eat wheat products, this Biona rye bread is ideal being delicious and also coming in a very accessible, long slice shape easily detachable from the rest of the packet plus this bread comes not only plain, as this one is, but with a variety of different add-ons! Truly delicious, every one of the options.

I’m a man who likes a wholesome slice. Whole grain / multi-seed just doesn’t hit the spot. Rye does. Sweet-baby-jesus this is the kinda toast Desperate Dan would appreciate. Pre sliced, great taste and nourishing for body and soul. (I toast mine on max setting…longer the better. Sometimes I double toast if I’m feeling naughty)

This is great bread for toasting and having with poached eggs or sardines etc... it doesn't turn to mush. It is quite moist in the packet so to avoid mould issues we froze ours on arrival and just take a slice from the freezer to toast as we need it.

I like this bread but as with other yeast free breads tends to be on the dry side. However, I like the flavours and aroma and it is very filling. I tend to eat it with moisture rich foods such as vegetable base pates/spreads or with a deliciously dressed salad, or on occasion a slither of manuka honey.. or even a drizzle of olive or other oil may also enhance the taste. This is one of the few yeast free breads that I enjoy eating so I do tend to repurchase.

Good bread - unfortunately very high in salt and so very unhealthy

Any of the Rye breads by this company are nice. Usually get this as it's the cheapest option. Six loaves and they do stay fresh in their wrappers until you need them. I wanted wheat free yeast free rye bread and these are perfect. The density of rye bread is not for everyone. Wish they were cheaper they do work out expensive

I like biona breads as they are little processed, this one has good taste (toasted) especially with cheddar, salmon or avocado also good to freeze - I tend to defrost 2-3 slices a time and keep in in the fridge in air tight container, taste is good abd it's pretty convenient as eye bread quite difficult to find in shops nowadays
