B-E-A-UTIFUL !
Purchased this 2 weeks ago. And am completely in love with them. The Bose QC-25 are great headphones and I purchased them before the release of the QC-35. I don't find a wired connection a hassle at all, but the freedom of using Bluetooth is just wonderful. Pros : - Perfect fit for the QC-25 shape. (Even the color matches!) - Lightweight & Discreet - Buttons are easy to use. - Pairs automatically with my devices with ease. (First time pairing took slightly longer) - Sound is great (Can't be compared with wired connections, but still good nonetheless) - Quick charge time (1 hour 15mins or so) - Mic is clear during calls, even on windy days. - Works with Siri. - Max volume is still louder than other Bluetooth adaptors. Cons : - Battery doesn't last too long. (I get a solid 4-5 hours. But the quick charge means I can easily replenish the battery over lunch breaks) - First time pairing took slightly long. (But pairs effortlessly after) Nevertheless, I am in love with this product. Worth the money spent. If you don't already have QC-35, these are a great option for the QC-25. I doubt you'll find a better adaptor out there. ***I don't ever write reviews, but I made an exception this time because I personally received an email from Neil C. Morrison, the Co-Founder of Bolle & Raven. To have a Co-Founder who cares about customer satisfaction and takes the time to get feedback means you're purchasing from a company who doesn't just create a product for profit. But rather a company who have a vision of creating satisfactory products to the customer. So a personal thumbs up from me. Thanks for making this available for us and Keep On Innovating! :)

bolle and raven bose qc25 Bluetooth adapter
Arrived on-time, very nicely packaged although a bit tricky to get items out of the tight foam packaging. Very simple to pair, worked first time. Sound quality as good as with wire, works fine with noise cancelling. Good buttons on the unit and feels solid, good quality. Only downside so far is what others have commented is having to remove it to charge. A new lease if life to my aging QC25's

Great update for your QC25’s
Wow - admittedly I’ve only been using the adapter for the past 5 hours but I was impressed by the sound quality it gives (I was a little dubious in truth). I use an iPhone, so the 3.5mm to lightning adapter impacted the wired sound for me on my QC25’s and so dare I say, for me, the sound is slightly improved (controversial I know) and certainly louder now. My QC25’s only really came out when I was flying and even then they were a bit too quiet on a busy flight but now they may travel with me more often. The packaging suggested a quality item and so far, it’s going well. I would recommend giving this a go before splashing out on a pair of XM5’s or QC45’s as you will be surprised how good the QC25’s can sound wirelessly. I will post an update if the battery life or any connectivity issues impacts the initial 5* review.

Expensive, but arguably worth it to give your QC25s a new lease of life
I have been looking at this product for a while, reluctant to part with the not inconsiderable sum of £55. However, I reached a decision point when the ear-pads on my trusty QC25s needed renewing. I carefully considered a new set wireless NC headphones. But after a lot of research decided that it was unlikely I would improve much on the QC25 quality without spending hundreds of pounds. Together with a replacement set of pads, I decided to bite the bullet and try out the adapter as well. I'm really happy I did, the performance of this product cannot be faulted. Sure, it's overpriced. But I have brought my go-to air travel headphones into the current age. Everything works flawlessly and, as others have stated, the output volume is significantly improved. I have suffered none of the dropout issues that some other reviewers have noted, although I almost always use the phones with line-of-sight to the source Bluetooth player. Excellent product, downgraded by one star due to high cost.

Will buy another when I return to USA
I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 25 in the USA from the Bose shop for under $100 being aware that it did not have the Bluetooth facility. It was either that or pay almost 3 times as much for the Bose 35. The adapter is perfect for converting the 25 to wireless. It is almost invisible when fitted and looks part of the earphones. It did take a couple of attempts setting the Bluetooth up but this was mainly due to pairing it with a problematic phone. Once set up it worked flawlessly with no noticeable deterioration in sound quality being noticed by me. The volume and track changing also worked. The battery will not last as long as the one in the Bose 35 but as I will not be using it continually this does not matter to me. It did play back for 4 hours but I have not had the chance to try it for any longer than that. The earphones will stow away into the Bose case with AirMod fitted. The AirMod is best handled care fully. It is made a plastic and could break if sat on etc. It would be advisable to use care when plugging into or unplugging it. The connection feels rigid enough but if snatched from the unit I think it could break. This is no different from most devices you would want to keep. When I return to the USA I will likely buy another AirMod from amazon.com for the other pair of Bose 25 I bought from the Bose shop there. I used it while on holiday in the USA but needed to buy another one for another Bose QC25 headphones we had. First stop was amazon. com. Delivery was quick and it cost a lot less than the UK. With the poor exchange rate it still only cost me about £45. It was money well spent as it gave me an additional charging cable. It worked just as good as the original one. I did look at another type of adapter which was on sale for less but stuck with the Air Mod. I have not been disappointed and would certainly recommend it for use with the Bose QC25. I like the Bose so much I just bought another set on Amazon Black Friday offer for under £130 for a present. Well done Amazon.

Overall, I am happy with the AirMod Wireless Bluetooth Adapter for Bose QuietComfort 25 Headphones. The basic function - providing a Bluetooth connection to my device so I can listen to output without a cord - works well. Pros: The positive experience started with the packaging. It is professional and well executed. The device fits perfectly on the ear cup. Very secure and the curve of the device perfectly matches the curve of the ear cup. The device is slim enough that even attached, the head phones still fit in the case. Buttons are easy to identify by touch. Pairing with an iPhone X was quick and easy. Volume of the music was much better than I had anticipated. I was able to easily hear music while mowing the lawn or pressure washing without even having to turn it up to maximum. The sound is much clearer and somewhat louder when the noise cancellation on the QC-25 is on, but this occurs when connected via a cord as well. Cons: The primary reason for the deduction of one star is the charging methodology. Having to unplug the device to attach the proprietary cable, while not a deal killer, is annoying and seems unnecessary. It also means I have to keep up with this extra cable which again is annoying and seems unnecessary. Why they didn't just put a standard micro USB port on the outside baffles me. It would be nice if there was an app to allow me to see how much charge is left on the battery. Without that, I tend to charge it after every use, which considering I only tend to use it for a few hours at a time is probably not needed. Other: I only use it with my phone so it only be able to be connected to one device at a time isn't an issue for me. I could see where if I were connecting it to a TV or home audio system, not having it also connected to the phone simultaneously could warrant another star reduction. * Update * After a year and a half, I still love this adapter. Sound quality, volume, durability have been great. I did have a little issue - when I would plug in the adapter to charge it, the red LED would not illuminate. After a while of being left plugged in, the green LED would illuminate and the adapter would in fact be fully charged. I contacted Bolle&Raven customer service and they provided a replacement, no questions asked. Because of the exceptional customer service, I updated the rating from four stars to five.

Great little gadget. I had my QC 25 sitting there collecting dust and this add-on brought them back to life. Almost a year of use and keeps working perfectly. Battery life is solid 8 hours, pairing is flawless, never had an issue, sound quality is almost imperceptible from using the wire. The only con would be the range, you can't go too far from the phone or the connection will fall, no more than maybe 10 feet, but it's not really something to complain about or decrease the rating. I will say, if interested, GO for it!
