Very nice and not too sweet

Best I've tried
I've tried several different brands, and this is the tastiest by far. I like the fact it comes in a screw-top jar, so easy to spoon out and no mess. Good stuff.

Very rich and full of flavour and aroma
This coconut blossom nectar is so far the best one I have bought. I buy coconut sugar/nectar regularly as a lower GI alternative to sugar and especially use it in baking. This one is in a league of its own for the deep of aroma and flavour. It is a quite loose syrup but the flavour is gorgeous. The depth of smell and flavour is almost like the smell of a fortified sherry or port without the alcohol of course. The bottle I got had a brown label like the top photo the list information on my label re the ingredients was the same – organic coconut syrup from Sri Lanka however the carb ratio was slightly different. Per 100g quoted 91g carbohydrate of which 89g sugar and 1g protein with 0.04g salt. I will definitely buy again.

Low GI, taste and smell as rich and aromatic as honey
Low GI but same calorific value as sugar. Not as thick and sticky as honey, but not dissimilar taste and smell. Lovely in coffee and to sweeten desserts.

Delicious
This coconut blossom nectar has a very delicious taste, very caramelly and I have recently tried out some other brands and have done some comparison taste tests, but this has a superior flavour and texture to it.

Lovely taste
So much tastier than Agave nectar. The best on porridge, morning shakes or with chia seeds pudding. Will try it in baking.
