Quality service, trustworthy instruments

Requires a 9V cell
Works exactly like described and no complaints from that perspective. The only issue I have is that this was advertised as a rechargeable unit but it requires a 9V battery. Description needs to be corrected.

Good Product
Good product. Content in briefcase - 1 Tens/Unit -hand-held and portable 1 (9) Volt Battery 2 Set of self- adhesive pigtail pin electrodes (Total 4 in nos.) 2 Connecting wires (2mm pin) 1 User manual (self-explanatory in English with pictures) Overall the product was easy to use and handle but wouldn’t suggest it for someone who has no knowledge about electrical modalities, as it does not come with set Rx protocols (frequency, wavelength and intensity needs to be set by the user). The electrodes are self-adhesive, hence cannot be used on different people/patients for hygeine purposes but are great for personal use and can be replaced with rubber electrodes. Wires are short but overall I have not yet faced any issues with their connectivity. Overall the product was in excellent condition and would suggest it to PTs/OTs/Ortho.

Worst brand
The product is not working. I tried trying to get it replaced or retured but no response and now the return window is closed.
