Just what was needed
The delivery was spot on time and very pleased with the fabric. it is to be used for a halloween event where I needed a screen off a large window. It cut very well without fraying and hung the creases soon came out. this is not a blackout curtain and there is some transparency but gave the effect I desired. if you want to black out you may need to double it up or go for a blackout curtain designed for the job. Would deal with this company again

Good quality smooth cotton, highly recommended
I bought this fabric to use as a tablecloth/backdrop to display my handmade glass jewellery. A lot of fabric described as black, is often dark grey, but this is deep black, perfect to display coloured glass on. Its also very smooth and flat, with none of the knots or bobbles commonly found on the less expensive fabrics. Not stretchy at all, which is exactly the way I wanted it. Definitely great value for money, and highly recommended

Test, test, test
The first delivery we received had very little cotton content. One could feel it. Our doubt was backed up with a burn test. After making a complaint, we were contacted and offered a full refund or replacement. We opted for a replacement which arrived swiftly and it felt much more like the real thing. A burn test confirmed it. 100% cotton. The second delivery might not be top quality but it is a bargain for the price. Good enough for quilting.

Great product and fantastic customer service!
Brilliant fabric for craft work. It washed and ironed really well and has been easy to cut and sew. I bought this to practice sewing clothing. It’s too thin really for clothing to wear out (bit see through when held up to the light) but is great for craft work. Customer service is excellent. My parcel got lost in the post and they were very quick to reply to my message and get another sent out to me with delivery within 48 hours. Would happily buy from again.

Good and simple 100% cotton black fabric
The fabric is made of 100% fine cotton and shade of black as described in the pictures. I bought this fabric for my tailor to make me some covers for my electrical goods. Although it is fine cotton I would not say it was see-through, so the thickness is just right. There was an issue with the order but the seller was very prompt and courteous to fix it. I would recommend both the seller and the product.

Good quality for price
Good quality material at affordable price. Easy to work with. Needed for a blackout “net’ to go behind wooden blind not quite dark enough in the window so buying another to double it and it’ll be perfect

Good quality cotton lawn, but colour runs!
Good quality fine, light cotton lawn. Very, very back, which is a good thing. However, the colour runs! And runs and runs. I washed it twice on 60 degree wash with good quality laundry detergent, hoping the second time would remove all the migrant black dye I saw in the water with the first wash. The third time I washed it on 30 degrees and threw a few 'colour catcher' sheets in, and the colour catcher sheets came out grey. I'm not going to wash it a fourth time, I'm just going to make the clothing items now, but I know to always then wash them with darks and never throw them in a mixed wash.

Black cotton material
Made an excellent pair of Thai fisherman trousers, although it required a lining as it was a bit thin
