We often don't get to discover this until someone points it out, such as you did today. Even then, when we look at the listings in our dashboard, we still often see the correct image. It is frustrating and confusing, but a clear quirk of a system that is meant to make life easier and create competition. The best I can suggest is before buying, ask the seller directly which is correct, the description or the title, ask them to verify what you actually would be buying, and don't forget to query the size too. We had one recently where someone had mischeivously changed the product size,and of course, the buyers pointed this out when they took delivery. It's almost like cocal cola advertising their drink then someone swapping the picture or description out to show Pepsi, lol. It's not fake, but it is worth clarify which one you are getting.
