HP 51645AE 45 Large Original Ink Cartridge, Black, Single Pack

I have used the hp original 45 Black Ink Cartridge (42 ml) since I had my current printer (Deskjet 990cxi). It has never disappointed, is reliable and the quality remains consistent. If I have one criticism, it is that it/the printer tells me it 'is low on black ink' long before it runs out enough to effect the print quality. hp printer inks are more expensive than most, but I think the extra £/p is worth it.

I had a problem with the cartridge I thought. It still was printing some things in red. They gave me instructions on what to do which I did and found that the problem lay with the printer software. It had somehow changed from Black and White to colour and when I changed it back to B/W the problem was solved. It was their quick response that made me look elsewhere for the problem. I would use this site again with confidence.

This was sold as an Original ink cartridge. It is a used cartridge with OEM ink.

This cartridge contains twice as much ink as a standard one, so the price is excellent. I ordered this with Cartridge No 78. They arrived, reasonably well packed in the same padded envelope with a first class stamp in good time. As products, I am more than satisfied. But when I ordered, the posage and packing was quoted PER ITEM, so I feel that the second postage and packing was taken under false pretenses. If two P&P are charged then I should receive two packages. Alternatively, a P&P PER ORDER arrangement should be available. Then sending one package makes sense and in truth I would prefer one package to two. In real terms it is not a lot of money, but I still felt cheated.

Over the years I've learnt the hard way that buying the so-called compatible cartridges isn't a particularly good idea. Cheap? yes. Quality of printing? sometimes indifferent. Life? Generally low. So I thought it would be a good idea to try one of these HP cartridges which are considerably cheaper than sourcing the cartridge elsewhere. Although I haven't yet installed it (the cartridge on my HP Printer has yet to die completely) it looks perfectly OK. I'll update the review in a few weeks time when I've used the cartridge for real.

My black cartridge was running thin so I ordered a replacement from this supplier. Due to various reasons I did not use the printer for quite some time, but then I needed to replace the cartridge. Then the printer started acting up. I was a bit suspicious about the packaging of the 45 cartridge but dismissed it. But now I have my serious doubts it was not a legitmitate HP product. I've never had a problem with cartridges over the many years, but have come across many stories of people having problems with copycat cheap products. The font quality is so poor it only performs in the Best setting, and is so faint in Normal you can hardly see it. In Draft it prints nothing. Tried it on two other PCs and it is the same. Certainly something odd about this cartridge. Don't use this supplier is my advice.

BROUGHT THIS FOR WORK, IT WORKS WELL AND PRICE IS GOOD!

I was attracted to this product because of the great price and the handiness of having it delivered instead of having to trek to Curry's and fork out an inordinate sum of money; however, it may have been worth it... My printer is an antiquated HP Deskjet 710c so I don't expect anything too dazzling from it, but ever since installing this refurbished cartridge the quality has seriously diminished - most letters are blurry with messy inky dotted lines between each line of text. My printer was fine with the previous ink cartridge (store bought)so I can't work out whether this ink cartridge was dodgy or my printer has finally called it a day. I know - useless review!

.... ist immer noch das Beste. Man erhält, wenn man auf Qualität wert legt, immer noch das beste Ergebnis. Trotzdem ist ist ein Preis von über 26 € für eine schwarzfarbene Patrone völlig überteuert. Und Amazon ist ja nun kein teuerer Anbieter. Genauso wie die anderen Hersteller erfreut sich HP an den Folgekosten, die nach dem Kauf eines (Subventionierten) Druckers entstehen. Auf jeden Fall darauf achten, dass der Kauf direkt bei Amazon erfolgt, ansonsten fressen die Versandkosten den kleinen Preisvorteil wieder auf.

Bewertung ist ausreichend. Sie können nicht erwarten, dass ich zu jedem Artikel eine Rezension mit langem Text schreibe. Ändern sie es bitte !

Patrone funktioniert, wurde aber nicht in der Original Umverpackung geliefert, sondern in einer neutralen weißen Pappverpackung - hat mich etwas irritiert. Versand ging recht zügig, also soweit erst einmal alles okay.

No problems, wie bei HP üblich, wenn auch teuer, über die Seitenanzahl kann ich nichts noch nichts sagen, die ist ninoch im Gebrauch

Diese Dinge gehören nunmal zum täglichen Berufsleben und sind allerdings relativ schnell verbraucht. Aber ohne sie geht es halt nicht
