Very thin pastry leaves
Brilliant, wrapped asparagus tips in one layer and baked in the oven for about 20 minutes. Delicious!

Give it a try!
Brilliant! Tastes very good, SO easy to cook, no oil needed just a hot pan will bring it to a beautiful golden crisp, really happy with it! Losing one star because some of them had a tear in the middle, making them difficult to stuff with runny things such as an egg without making a bit of a mess BUT still tastes great nonetheless! Will definitely buy more in the future.

Very nice and delivered quickly
These are yummy. Once you have mastered the art of separating them from the paper without tearing them, they can be used in a variety of ways. Making Brik à l’oeuf is tricky but worth acquiring the knack. Value for money is relative. I am happy to pay because the feuilles de brik bring back happy memories of Tunisia.

Great product, poor delivery
Would have been perfect if they weren't delivered folded in half, which resulted in almost all of the sheets having tears in the middle.. Very satisfied as far as the product goes but probably won't order again unless I can guarantee that they would be kept flat during delivery.
