I received this in an open box. There was no security seal. The actual device was scratched. I knew straight away I was sent a used product. Anyhow, I thought I’d try it and plugged it in. It didn’t work. So I am now returning it

Laggy doesn’t work properly and I need to put the remote next to the tv so it could work and Amazon don’t want me to get my money back I paid 100 for this give my money back

Not a reliable product
Just bought barely a month ago and remote control is no longer working!!!

Very happy with my purchase. Received the next day after purchasing on Amazon. Very easy to setup. Great device to use and so fast, no lag time! I highly recommend this Roku stick.

It works well except it doesn't support Prime in Singapore. Imagine Prime selling a product that doesn't support Prime nor Disney +. Returning this since we watch only Netflix, Prime and Disney +. It does come with some free channels such as horror and food though. However, you need to watch these extra channels with ads.
