I bought some leather like sandals from Amazon back in the summer of 2022. Noticed that they do stink during the warm summer months. I did not do anything about it, probably since I bought them in the late summer. After a fall/winter of wearing warmer house slippers. I broke out sandals again. Really noticed the smell after wearing for a short period of time. Especially after I go to bed at night. I put my sandals near the edge of the bed. Whooo weee, it can stink. Which is common for sandals by the way. Not complaining about the sandals themselves. It was a good buy. The first day I used the odor deodorizer was when I went to bed. The smell went away. It even lasts for more than a day. I do not have to use it every night. It has a spray and stream option. The product itself does not have an odor at all. That's why I rated the scent as one star. Looks like a nice amount of spray that will last for awhile.

I use this on my hockey gear and it's the only thing that genuinely keeps it from getting rank between skates. I realize every product says this, but this stuff is really better than several essential oil-based products I've used. This stuff has a vaguely plastic, chemical type of scent but it dissipates as it dries, taking most of the odor with it. It's not a substitute for a full wash, but it's by far the best thing for day to day use between skates. I do wish it was cheaper, but it's still a good value if you want to take good care of your gear.

Well it does “work” at least for the outside of my running shoes and inserts. I should keep in consideration of the fact that since my shoes don’t have a tongue to open out and really spray all within the shoes, so it probably didn’t reach well. My feet don’t smell bad either so I can’t say if it sprays too much, I just needed it after they were drenched in rain water and mud from an event I went too. I had already pre cleaned it with products from a different company but the smell was still pretty bad, this helped practically fully for the outside, you would really have to put your nose on it even to get a hint of any smell. ⚠️ As a warning though, the fumes are strong and the mist gets everywhere and it’s quite irritating if it gets in your face or on your hands, I suggest being in a well ventilated area when using this product.

Have used a couple other similar products, but Sweat-X has proven to be the best for my needs. Use it on my hockey gear, and it definitely keeps the stink out. Last time I was stuck with a different product, I noticed that gear was still getting smelly after use. My process is to spray gear down and set out in front of a fan to dry after each use. But with competitor, was still noticing the usual 'hockey smell' lingering. That went away when I finally got back to this product. Will not bother with others anymore, that was a definite proving point for me.

Pleasant smell, not antibacterial. Does not disinfect. Works ok for hats or cloth seats, etc.

Arrived when it was supposed to. Appears to work.
