It's a good product, and tastes great. No lumping when mixing and easy to drink. Only suggestion - the package self sealing needs to improve. It came off after 3 or 4 times of opening and closing, and now I had to transfer the contents into an airtight container. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

Good quality protein, but these don’t buy a unflavoured way protein. It states like sand if you wanna use on flavour, so you can add some other thing to avoid the unflavoured

Pros: 1. It's not very sweet 2. Very reasonable 3. The protein quantity is obviously great. I saw some YouTube videos where they tested & it did well Cons: 1. Mixability isn't too great but it's not bad either. If I compare it to rule 1 or my protein, it lacks a little bit but for the price tag, I feel this isn't much of a con 2. The taste is not good. I'm being honest here. I will 100 percent buy this again because it serves my purpose & for me personally, taste is not very imp so I can get by but the taste is good. The team needs to work on this aspect.

I am not body building so don't have to drink the recommended quantity. As a vegetarian, I tend to get less protein via my regular food, so I use this as a supplement. I mix it with water and drink in the morning on empty stomach before exercising and have no issues with digestion or bloating. I like the taste and it mixes easily with water. The only issue is that I can't microwave it too much. I actually like sipping very hot so tend to heat it till it starts frothing, but unlike other protein powders that I tried (including NAKPRO Perform), this one starts to coagulate, like how spoiled milk does when heated. Once coagulated, the drinking experience gets spoiled and there is no easy way to break them down. I am not sure what is different in the GOLD compared to PERFORM that causes this difference, but I continue to use GOLD over PERFORM as the former is known to have a protein content that is closer to the stated value per independent lab tests.
