It is rich in iron,fibre and low in calories. Loved by kids❤..... Instant and easy to make in 2minutes by adding water to the mix. Best for the busy mornings for kids tiffins. I ordered this for babies.. it is very delicious and very easy to make in just few mins.. very good option for breakfast and lunch box.You can get Magnesium, phosphorus, folate, manganese, protein and vitamin C&K which is very good for babies. Trust me it's a time saviour you can make this chilla in a minute.. very good option for breakfast and lunch box.
