I bought this item on amazon.com in September 2025 The write speed is extremely slow. I have tested it USB 3.0, 3,.1 and 3.2 ports under Windows 10 and 11 machines and Linux Mint. It's not even USB 2 speed; below 5 MB/s. Read speed is as advertised. above 100 MB/s.

Cheap drives. Not the fastest but they work. Files that are a couple GB will take some time, but I feel like people get caught up in transfer speeds so much. Just go cook a meal or something while you start the transfer and it will be done when you get back. You can't expect lightning fast speeds with USB drives. If you want faster read and writes, you should get a m.2 ssd with an enclosure or a portable SSD drive. These flash drives work well enough and are cheap for the amount of storage you get.

Très robuste. Tu peux les lancer sur un mur et ils vont toujours fonctionner. Matériel de qualité. Bonne capacité.

La memoria trabaja muy bien, de hecho desde que me llego he estado trabajando con ella de manera continua, ya tiene el 80% lleno. Todo muy bien, casi no se calienta. Eso si, es lenta (2Gb en 30min aprox), pero quiero pensar que es por el formateo, la formateé en ExFATen una iMac, ya que la usaré en una mac y también en Windows 10. Sin embargo, si la recomiendo al 100% y en cuanto vuelva a bajar de precio compraré otra de la misma capacidad (512Gb).

256gb is a lot of space to use. I purchased 2 packs x 2 256. Transfer of data to and from the drive is fast and speeds are consistent. Would definitely recommend.
