These Cedar Grilling Planks are seconds which means they have cosmetic imperfections caused during the manufacturing process, however this does not effect the cooking process whatsoever. The Grilling Planks are organic & additive free and have been 100% sustainably produced, and are also free from any chemical treatment. Western Red Cedar Grilling Plank The Pacific Northwest of America is renowned for the spicy and fragrant smoke of cedar. The aromatic and full--bodied flavour is what creates delicious cedar planked salmon.
