Quality product
Amul means quality. The hasbrow are crispy and taste wise very good. Just it sucks a lot of oil. May be pan fry would be better to avoid eating loads of oil!

Very nice product. We have always liked these hashbrowns. The size is perfect, and smells fresh. It's worth it - as per unit cost is way lesser than the ones available in restaurants.

Not hash browns, but potato patties
With so many enthusiastic reviews, I feel guilty writing a bad review. They're not the hash browns you get in restaurants, these are not made with grated potatoes. Amul variant is like aloo tikki. Since I didn't use any oil, assuming there'd be enough oil already in the product, the end product turned out not so tasty and disappointing. I don't know why all manufacturers for such frozen products ask you to directly fry, you can save a lot of time and energy by heating the tikki in the microwave for a couple of minutes and then air frying - will try it next time and also brush some oil on the tikki before frying (have half a dozen patties left)
