Flavor is tangy but not bad. I mix it with about 4 oz of water or juice. I feel great when taking this supplement and it makes it so easy as opposed to pill forms. Orange flavored, nice tasting, easy to use. Depending on your needs you may need to take twice a day to get full amount of vitamins for your body.
