Works well and the larger image on the phone is great. The kids like to see their own ears also...good product.

Is good , works well, the image is not so clear, I mean the resolution. It tends to heat and I haven't used for long time turned on.

I bought one of these and it wouldn't connect to my phone. I tried everything, all the troubleshooting, etc. Nothing worked. I figured it was defective so I returned it and bought another one. Same thing! It won't connect to my phone. I spent quite a bit of time fiddling with this. Sure wish it would have worked!!!

This is a great camera and that's all. The included tools for removing ear wax are dangerous. It's way too easy to puncture your ear drum with these. I used a liquid wax softener followed by flushing the ear with warm water many times using a syringe. This may need to be repeated for a couple of days. I used Debrox but only twice a day. Don't try to remove the wax by inserting anything into the ear canal other than the camera, wax softener and water. To summarize, it's a terrific camera, but not a wax removal tool.

The app was easy to use and connected to my phone. I was impressed with clarity of the picture. You get everything you need to get started and the instructions are easy to follow. Be careful when using as the tip gets a bit hot if you take too long looking.

My daughter had non stop ear infections and we wouldn't know until it was full blown. I got this in hopes of being more proactive and it has helped so much. The picture is super clear, you can take pics and record video. It also has tools to clean out ear wax. Great price and a life saver for parents.
