I bought these because it seems that I'm always needing a small accent light for one thing or another. For their size, these are shockingly bright. However, they also have a fairly quick fall-off. This means they will work best fairly close to your subject. While I do like the versatility of being able to change the brightness, color temp, and colors of these lights, with only 4 buttons on the back to work with, cycling through the options can be a bit cumbersome. This isn't a deal breaker by any means, but if your a run-and-gun photographer and need to make changes to the lights very quickly, you might become frustrated with this set. Where I've found these lights to be most useful is for iPhone photography. They are absolutely perfect for adding accent or fill light where needed when I want to take a photo with my phone and the lighting isn't quite good enough. The magnets on these units are handy. However, keep in mind that, despite their small size, each light is a bit heftier than you might imagine. I've found that sometimes they magnets aren't quite powerful to hold the lights and they can slip, or even fall. This seems to be especially apparently when sticking them to metal that has been painted, versus bare metal. The lights also have the ability to stick to each other, especially along the ends to form a "wand" of light. However, I would not trust the magnets to securely hold the lights together. Instead, Neewer has made the smart choice to include threaded holes on the tops and bottoms of each light so that you can more securely connect them. It's the same size and threading as standard tripod mounts, too, making it convenient to mount the lights. Overall, these are decent accent lights. Battery life, so far, seems to be very good. More than likely, I will pick up at least one more set so I can lock them together and have a light bar for some long exposure effects.

The lights are fairly bright and would work well as catch lights or tiny fill lights for video. The size is smaller and lighter than I expected, and the battery dies faster than I thought. I bought them as additional lights for a small studio room, where I also have an excellent NEEWER panel light that does the job of the main light. I think my expectations were too high, these are just $25 each for magnetic fully adjustable RGB lights. With the price in mind they're a great buy.

I can't believe how good this thing is for so little money. I bought it with which to travel since I'm all over the country shooting auditions etc. When I'm in a hotel room, the lighting is inevitably terrible. I'm able to set one or two of these up and replicate all sorts of lighting scenarios. Typically, I just choose daylight. But if I'm shooting other content at home and want to mimic say, a police car, a television, or a dance club, it's got settings for that too. Also great if you've got overhead lights and you need to see your eyes. Set the power appropriately and put it on a dresser, tripod, against something magnetic, whatever. Hit the eyes with it. Every actor should have one of these in their tool bag.

Love these light. I can attach them to so many tripods and have different uses for them. One thing I would say I would like improving is the labeling of the buttons. Everything is in black and when you in a dark area for filming its a bit tricky to see what button does what. I have to get a light to see what's on the light..lol Overall the functionality of the light is great and battery life as well,highly recommend.

These are excellent! I was looking for small size light for night photography with adjustable color temperature/brightness that would be easy to carry or stuff in side pouch of a pack and without having to use an app on my phone to adjust it. All you need to get familiar with is 4 buttons and off you go! Has display right on each of the units that shows the current settings and battery charge. I’ve only used one at a time so far, but thought it was a nice deal having a pair. The only downside I could say, and is more just a suggestion, is would be great if the buttons on the unit were backlit so could see what you are pressing in the dark. Especially with the bright beam shining the other way, it makes the back of it impossible to see. Like I said though…only 4 buttons so it doesn’t take much to get familiar with their positions by feeling. This is 3rd type of photography product have used by the Neewer brand and, so far, am impressed with the quality. The other ones have used are closer-up/macro lenses for smartphone attachment/clip and tripod.

Awesome small lights - very sturdy and the various options for static or evolving colours etc are great. I've used these both for photography purposes but also as onstage at gigs to light up a drumkit (I got 4 units) where the magnetic base is perfect for mounting. The battery life is superb...even at the higher brightness levels

For closed spaces (especially filming in a flat or store) these lights are all you need (barring of course the need for diffusers). Surprisingly bright and quite long battery duration. Can charge from a power bank. I keep one in my camera bag at all times.

個人的にはベストバイのうちのひとつ。 ケルビン変更やRGB変更、パターン複数などが使用できて小型で仕込みもできちゃうのは当然、見ての通りなんですが、車のリアに貼り付けて5800k（太陽光）くらいで照らしておけば物が超探しやすい。 他にも赤色でガイド灯にできたり制作部用やサービスライトとしてもガシガシ使用できます！ 自分は現場用に2個セット必ず荷物に仕込んでいます！

フィギュア・プラモの物撮り用に買いました。説明書が日本語対応していて、２つともそれぞれスマホと簡単にペアリングでき、操作も簡単です。物は小振りですが、プラモくらいなら充分な光源になります。２色の光源に設定してライトアップするといろんな雰囲気が楽しめるのでおすすめです
